Staying was good. The master suit was good. The only thing that was not good was complimentary breakfast system, as there was no buffet. You have very limited choice. After placing your order you have to wait for a long time.

We stayed at the property for 4nights. It is located close to 1. 5km from the candolim beach, although it is advertised to be ~300m from the beach. The hotel has extremely ill-managed rooms, with non-functional switches, poorly maintained electronics and unhygienic rooms & upholstery. Even the bathroom floor is designed to flood at the tiniest drop post usage. The swimming pool is an eye wash. It is a kids pool, with 4 chairs placed at 4 corners. Service of the hotel is good, although you may have to repeatedly call up the reception for every thing. The property has a collab with banana leaf chain (that is the only in-house restaurant. The complimentary breakfast is veg only, and has a limited menu (you may pay and order outside the menu although. Also, do not try to request for a cab+chauffeur from the hotel. It may cost you unnecessary sums. Overall, bad maintenance, poor hygiene, tiny rooms with minimal ventilation and poorly managed electronics, but manageable complimentary breakfast and good staff service.

We stayed in zense for a short 永安 and it was amazing. The hospitality is top notch. Staff is super helpful. This property is located in candolim and has easy access to beaches and shopping destination. Highly recommend staying in zense

Property location is near to candolim beach. Food is good but limited options in complementary breakfast. Room cleaning and upkeeping is good. Only drawback is that room is quite outdated, saw some previous feedbacks about property for improvements, yet it's the same even now like bathroom door is not locking etc.
