A Wonderful Stay – Highly Recommended Staying at this hotel was a truly pleasant experience. The rooms and facilities were exceptionally clean, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is strategic—close to everywhere we needed to go, making our 永安 very convenient. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding service. The reception staff were professional, polite, and friendly. Every one of them was genuinely helpful. The breakfast staff were always smiling, which made each morning feel warm and welcoming. This hotel deserves more than just 5 stars. I highly recommend it and want to thank the entire team for their excellent service. Well done!

I would not recommend this hotel, as the basic amenities like providing water, coffee or just a water heater in the room were missing and they have very limited options for breakfast, it’s not worth paying €12.50 for just omelette and bread, and something they call cappuccino but there is no milk in it(they should have checked if their coffee machine is working fine). Not worth it, very disappointed.

Tinha pedido especificamente um quarto com duas camas, uma vez que seríamos 2 amigos, quarto duplo ! Estávamos num grupo de 5 pessoas. Não foram capazes de reservar um quarto com duas camas nem conseguiram modificar a nossa reserva. O que demonstra uma incompetência maior, foi o facto de terem atribuído um quarto “永安lo”, com duas camas e sofá cama, a uma pessoa do nosso grupo que fez o check in uns minutos antes e estava sozinha…. Felizmente, como estávamos em grupo, conseguimos fazer a troca de quarto entre nós ! Não posso deixar de criticar a falta de preocupação e mesmo incompetência do staff que nos fez o check in. Compreendia que não houvesse mais quartos, uma vez que estavam cheios, agora não compreendo como dentro do grupo atribuem quartos dessa forma! Um pouco ridículo….
