Our room was a little dated, but for the most part, it was very good. The fireplace made it that much better. If you wanted to use the stairs instead of the elevator, it was a little tricky. The staff were very nice. The only thing I was displeased with, was not being able to get any refund. We had to leave after our 2nd night of a 5 night stay. I understand that the hotel had every right not to grant the request, but even a refund for one of the three remaining nights would have been appreciated.

A little dated and could not adjust the temperature in the room.  Could likely do better as many hotels in a the area

A very affordable but very nice hotel that’s close to Banff and walking distance to almost everything! Mt Rundle is just behind the hotel offering a majestic mountain view from our room! Staff were friendly and helpful, the room is clean, and the beds were comfortable. Will definitely book again when we come back to visit Banff!

The view from the room and hallway was spectacular. The staff was friendly, polite, and accommodating. He answered all our questions with big smiles and helped us with all our needs. The room is big. A door separates the bedroom and dining room. The dining room has a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and tiny sink. A fireplace too inside the room The whirlpool outside was a bonus and felt relaxed while enjoying the fresh, cool air after a long day of driving and walking. Bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows and had a very good night sleep. Won't hesitate to book here again.

The location is too close to the train and very noisy during the evening. We woke up couple times due to the train passing by. The ventilation is not great and was hot in the room. Other than, the hotel is clean. I needed to go down to get things down as the front desk line was always busy.
