酒店超出預期，我們定的是帶廚房的套房，廚房餐具非常的齊全，枱麪都是花崗石的也很漂亮。把壁爐打開，房間很暖和，我們住一樓，打開推拉窗外面就是美美的風景。

Very bad experience at Reception. A rude receptionist of Indian bs ground. Not a problem with her heavy accent but she didn’t have the vocabulary to explain where can I ark the car . She draw in a map something that sent me 10 minutes walk on a dark street. She didn’t explain that our room is not on same location as reception. During this time she yawned twice. When we asked for clarification she said she already explained and asked if we have questions?! Are you guys kidding me? I understand the hotel can’t afford to pay Canadians but why don’t they hire competent people?! At checked out she was on duty again. She didn’t greet anyone and she was listening music. I travelled a lot (not in Indian) and I never have seen such an employee on this industry. lol

房間很大，在主樓對面的副樓，有很大的游泳池，房間衹有冰箱和微波爐，不提供瓶裝水和電水壺，洗澡水很小，窗戶留一個頂角無法遮光，真不知道是怎麼設計的，很湊合的感覺，基本無服務，性價比不高。

沒有清潔客房服務，需要自己清理垃圾、換床單，客房外的走廊燈光昏暗，check-out時間太早（早上10點），也不許可延遲一點⋯

The hotel itself is in a great location to walk to restaurant and town center and looks great from the outside. It had underground parking. They were doing hallway renovations but that was not listed when booking. The photos of the place we had were misleading as the hotel room itself was pretty run down. The leather sofa is old and stained. The sofa bed was the same and very thin mattress. For 500 a night I would have expected more

I booked a two-bedroom hotel room three months ago for 1,100 Canadian dollars for two days. My friend booked it a few days before his arrival and wanted to upgrade to a suite like mine, so he added 80 Canadian dollars a day, which means the total price is 520+160=680 Canadian dollars for two days. So 1. Don't book in advance 2. Book the cheapest one and upgrade it to a good room after you go to the front desk

酒店有兩邊 一邊主建築 另外隔離有副建築 是次分配為副座下層 入住期間酒店外道路維修 沙塵滾滾 而且房間空間細 廁所及房間衞生一般😩 不過見到酒店有個大泳池及有滑梯 我和家人冇時間去遊 但見好似幾吸引！😁 價錢相對Banff平 質素總體一般可以接受！

체크인할 떄 활기차고 너무 친절하십니다 굿굿 방도 화장실도 넓고 깨끗했어요 :) 특히 화장실 샤워기가 있어 좋았습니다 ~!!
