Điều hoà là thứ kinh khủng nhất. Nó không hoạt động đêm đầu tiên. Chúng tôi nóng và không ngủ được.
Rất may cho chúng tôi, chiều ngày hôm sau nó đã hoạt động. Nhân viên lễ tân không giúp được gì. Ngoài việc nói rằng “ừ nó hỏng rồi”, chúng tôi không biết bao giờ sửa xong.
Tệ hơn thế, nó hỏng trước khi bạn nhận phòng. Và nhân viên đã lờ nó đi, không thông báo khi checkin.
Điều hoà hỏng toàn bộ toà nhà, tất cả các phòng không hoạt động.
永安 đã giúp chúng tôi checkout sớm hoàn tiền nếu đều hoà vẫn hỏng vào ngày tiếp theo.
Nhưng rất may bó đã được sửa.
Ngoài những cái đó ra, khách sạn rất thuận tiện.

Es war alles super! Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren super freundlich & die Lage war auch toll. Ich bin sehr zufrieden dort gewesen, das Frühstück und Abendessen waren auch ausgezeichnet es gab jeweils morgens und abends eine große Auswahl an Essen! Ich kann es nur jeden empfehlen.
Sehr tolles Hotel mit sauberen Zimmern . Leichter Zugang zum Strand

Llegamos al aeropuerto y buscaba algo para pasar la primera noche, la mejor opción que pudimos encontrar. Muy agradable el personal, la ubicación cerca de la playa para dar un pequeño paseo y cerca del aeropuerto. La habitación bien y el desayuno estupendo.

El personal muy amable en todo momento.
La limpieza de todo el hotel muy bien.
Fallo, la TV se veían 2 canales solamente y hubo tele solo 2 de los 6 días del tiempo que estuvimos.
El buffet del desayuno variado y hecho al momento si querías ciertas cosas así que muy bien.
El horario del bar hasta las 23:00 y me parece un fallo no tener ni unas patatas para picar.
La estancia en general bastante agradable.

The hotel is located close to the airport, so do not be shocked that you can hear planes all time long. Really close to the public beach, and some shops and coffees. The swimming pool is clean, not small. Breakfast and dinner - depends on the day. Some days are super equipped, some days nothing to choose from. Unfortunately, the receptionist (woman with dark linger hair) was not kind and even asked in advance - denied the request of paying for an additional 2h for late check out in order to pick up an important meeting at work via laptop and denied giving access to one room they have for guests for an emergency stay. Never happened in my life before in this chain of hotels. In the room even the cleaning staff was requested, no recharge of soap or shampoo... And that's the reason I won't recommend the place - bad personnel can destroy good moments.

Close to the airport? Good breakfast? Nice terrace? Yes. But it can be easily destroyed by unkind staff at the reception or waiters who take away your plate whilst you're eating. The hotel needs renovation, and the room maintenance should be better (we received a room during check in that shouldn't be given due to lack of any cleaning products in bathroom (seems the room wasn't ready due to missing things). Unfortunately, due to rude receptionists (except one man with curly hair, he was fine), I can't go with a higher vote. And I am sure I won't recommend it to my friends or family.
