We had a really lovely stay here, great location to beach, quiet room with beautiful sea view. Lots of pools for people to enjoy. The view in the top bar is beautiful. I can see staffs are doing detailed cleaning everywhere which makes the hotel a beautiful and clean place. Only one downside is I was stung by a wasp when lying on courtyard, but the hotel don’t have any emergent medicine or ointments. Considering there are quite a few wasps around equipping some ointment will be really helpful

Check in took over half an hour to get our keys as we arrived late due to a delayed flight, Breakfast was good and spa was okay, the sauna was turned off when we wanted to use it

We had a great time at Resort & Spa. Many fresh choices at breakfast buffet, friendly waitress and easy communication. Several pools as options especially for kids and toddlers. Within 5 min walking several supermarkets, incl. ALDI. Good starting point for bicycling tours, nearby also several car rentals for private day 永安s. Peaceful neighbourhood for real relaxing vacation.

The hotel weirdly gave us an “upgrade” to the apartment which is not that nice, modern and clean (there were bugs in the bath tub and hair in the drawers) as you can see in the first 2 pics but of a higher price. When we asked to change back to the room we booked, we staff wouldn’t just help us changed the room and had acted very weird as if we are not entitled to the room… This one particular staff (senior manager I believe) gave us “one final chance” as she said, and made us go up and down to check the room to make sure we “will not regret it” which makes no sense to us at all.
