莎拉里維拉科斯塔普拉納公寓 (SARA RIVIERA Costa Plana)

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have ever had. The rooms are built on a steep mountainside with no elevators, making access extremely inconvenient and impractical for families or anyone carrying luggage. The room itself was tiny, and the management showed no willingness to assist at any point. The first room assigned to my family was on the top floor, forcing us to carry all our bags up the mountain path, only to find a smelly room with a non‑functional AC, and the main door can’t be locked down —completely unacceptable. There are no restaurants, no room service, and no lifeguards at the pool, which raises serious concerns about both safety and service standards. Adding to the frustration, check‑in is at 4 PM, check‑out is at 11 AM, and they charge for every additional hour, despite offering a substandard experience. Based on everything we encountered, I will not be returning to this property.

Très très belle endroit nou avons apprécié notre séjour , la vue sur mer est incroyable ! Petit bémol , l’accès est un peu difficile . Il faudrait être très explicite sur les messages de confirmation sur les accès

The accommodation is great with a nice viewing. The lady mamahing the place is a lovely lady and most importantly, she responds to what's chat instantly. Yea had a great time here

Das Appartement war schön eingerichtet, inclusive. Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, jedoch sehr eng für 4 Personen mit Reisegepäck. Die Aussicht sehr schön! Das Zimmer wurde oberflächlich renoviert und die Fugen in der Dusche , sowie die Ecken im Badezimmer sollten gründlicher gepflegt werden ( Stockflecken/ Kalk), auch die Schiebetüren klemmen sehr und ein Schloss ist kaputt. Das äußere Schloss war zu benutzen, erschien uns aber nicht sehr professionell und sicher. Der Infinity Pool ist ein Traum - fabelhafte Aussicht! Einige Dinge müssten Repariert werden - Dusche am Pool, Eingangstor, Licht im WC, einige Liegen völlig unbrauchbar Wenn man über die o.g. Dinge hinwegsieht ist es eine tolle Anlage an einer wunderschönen Küste! Der Stellplatz im Parkhaus ist top. Das Personal am Check in /- out ist sehr freundlich.

The place should have looked very nice back in the days but looks quite tired now. A bit of maintenance would help a lot. Our cabin was clean...ish - the mold on the shower ceiling was a big turn off. Some towels came with yellow stains on them. Some shelves inside the clothes cupboard were broken. It was not a disaster but as said, a bit of maintenance would have helped a lot. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful. But being up the hill means having a car will come very handy (unless you like climbing up/down several flight of stairs). The place doesn't offer any restaurant service; places around do not deliver up there either so you will have to go find restaurants down the hill. Some options can easily be found at the bottom of the stairs, but options are limited. The swimming pool area is enjoyable and the free parking spot is very convenient. We spent only one night there, we overall appreciated but we will try other places next time.

被這個公寓罰款100歐元！就因為延遲了三個小時交鑰匙退房，房間衹有一個很小很粗糙的小標簽上面寫着早上10：30退房，沒有説如果延遲退房，每延一小時按多少歐元罰款的事情，公寓的員工也從頭到尾一點也沒提這事，上來就要求罰款，還是現金，還不給開票！ 當時是淡季，非節假日，公寓入住的人非常少，根本沒有影響她的生意，感覺就是欺負外國人！ 房間還行吧，一應俱全，就是電磁爐開火有點迷惑人，一直打不開，還找不到公寓的員工幫忙，沒有任何服務可言。
