One off the best place you can stay in

Room was noisy but the Location was convenient and the room was clean.

Останавливалась в отеле второй раз. Если в первый приезд (год назад) не было никаких претензий к отелю, то в этот раз ситуация сильно поменялась. 1. За время проживания трижды отключали воду, первый раз предупредили что не будет воды с 7:30 5 часов в связи с ремонтными работами. После этих ремонтных работ были проблемы с давлением и вода в туалете отключалась еще 2 дня подряд. 2. Под окном сейчас идет стройка и очень шумно по утрам. 3. В один из дней, вернувшись вечером в номер, не обнаружили вещей на своих местах. Все, буквально все вещи были переложены с одних мест на другие. Пара примеров: крем с тумбочки убрали в косметичку в ванной, вещи, лежавшие на диване- отнесли в спальню, положили в чемодан и закрыли его, белье, носки убрали с одной полки на другую и тд. На мой взгляд это очень странно. 4. И вишенка на торте нашего пребывания - тараканы. Без комментариев. Больше не вернусь.

The apartment itself was spacious, offering a cozy atmosphere with a balcony, sofa, and kitchenette – perfect for preparing meals or just relaxing after a busy day of exploring. With amenities like free WiFi, a TV, and a refrigerator, it felt like a home away from home. The best part was the combination of reasonable pricing and high-quality service. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Town.

Хорошие апартаменты, убирались ежедневно, удобное месторасположение, вид на море, есть паркинг с фейс айди, прожили в них 16 дней, все понравилось

We booked the same room again on the 25th. Then we requested to check out at 1pm. We didn’t hear anything from no one. This morning at 10am there was knocking on our door. The lady said its time to check out. I said mo cause we requested to check out at 1pm. She went ahead and said there are extra fees and she will ask the front desk. 5min later knocked again on the door. Says no we cant stay and have to check out at 11am(note this was at 10:20am) when she told me, I went ahead and told her this is on them and we requested to leave later. She left, next minute, a man came back. All arrogant. Told me why didn’t I pack up my bags the previous night. Also said that if I dont leave cleaners will come. I said its okah they can come but I might still be busy packing up. He said if thats the case they can help me put my stuff outside. I told him I dont like the tone he is using and being aggressive. He said hr not aggressive but he definitely was and threatened me with security that will escort me out. He left and came back(note I was in my towel) he said he left me in my towel and I am still the same( note I took a shower, busy packing up stuff in the room as we came from abroad and had a lot of baggage) he said he is calling security. Then my husband came out of the room and told him why he using that tone with me and he been listening to him the whole time! This man immediately changed his whole tune when he saw my husband. So inappropriate! And disrespectful! Will definitely will not be staying here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Point Break Luxury Apartments, and once again, it exceeded all my expectations. This was my fourth visit, and it’s clear why I keep coming back. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming and warm. Their hospitality truly makes you feel at home. The property itself is impeccably clean, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. One of the highlights is the convenient location. Being so close to the V&A Waterfront, just a short Uber drive away, makes exploring Cape Town a breeze. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, this location is ideal. The views from the apartments are nothing short of sensational. Waking up to the sight of Table Mountain is an experience that never gets old and adds a unique charm to the stay. My thanks to the staff and management for yet another phenomenal stay – I look forward to my next visit!

Everything is excellent. Restaurant is very good. Food good portions, well priced. Service very good. Seems a popular spot with the locals as well. Apartments also, well serviced, well appointed. Very comfortable and desk staff are all fantastic and very helpful. Full marks from me

The location is good. Not too far from a Woolworths grocery store and a coffee shop. The coffee shop opens really early which is essential when loadshedding hits and you can't make coffee in the hotel. The coffee was inconsistently replenished so again, being near a Bootleggers coffee was necessary. The hotel doesn't have a generator so when there is load shedding, you will be affected. If you are going to arrive early, you won't be able to check in early as there was no one who could help us at the front desk until 3pm which is standard check in time. We ended up having lunch in the restaurant so we weren't too inconvenienced but if your flight is much earlier in the day, do be aware of this. Otherwise, not a bad stay and I would consider staying again.
