Ubicato praticamente a ridosso delle mura della città medievale, in una via interdetta al traffico: per raggiungere l’hotel in auto, bisogna pertanto prima recuperare, raggiungendo a piedi la reception, il telecomando sblocca pistone della strada… A noi una mail dettagliata ha chiarito tutto! Sorpresa: l’hotel è sprovvisto di ascensore per cui occhio se si viaggia con bagagli …non leggeri! E’ disponibile un distributore gratuito di acqua… Purtroppo non abbiamo usufruito per disattenzione della colazione e abbiamo dovuto rimediare nei locali delle vicinanze a prezzi sicuramente non modici … Comunque esperienza positiva!

位置很好，在老城裡，在街上就能看到城堡城牆。酒店是典型的歐洲老式小旅店，房間不大不小。沒有洗髮水護髮素，杯子是兩個一次性杯子。本來到這裏，評分就給箇中規中矩的4分差不多了。但是登上酒店的小露台，打開門，哇塞！城牆一覽無餘！晚上帶一瓶葡萄酒，來一包火腿肉，靜靜的等燈光亮起。酒店的房價裏，這個露台要佔30歐。

I really enjoy to stay in this hotel, located in the historical part of the city just below the castle (10 min walk to the gates). The room was very clean and comfortable, with a coffee machine- which was a very nice surprise 😃. The hosts are very friendly, giving recommendations on the restaurants and cafes nearby, always welcoming and ready to help. The breakfast is good! Breakfast location is so nice and cozy that I enjoyed just to sit there)) There is a bell tower nearby, so every hour you hear this time-bell, but it tolls only during the day and +100 points to the atmosphere Definitely recommend!

Absolutely superb hotel, wonderful location, extremely friendly staff, beautiful rooms, extremely clean and we had room 19 which had a view of the castle. Just superb, don't hesitate to book.

This is a great little Hotel very near the Castle in Carcassonne. We had a superior room which was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.
