Reception where good. Room tatty and old ,dirty cups,dirty cutlery, pealing furniture,uncomfortable thin mattress and after all that an expensive car park. On the plus side it is close to the castle which is well worth seeing.

Hotellin sijainti on hyvä, noin 200m linnasta. Parkkihalli myös hyvä. Muu olikin sitten surkeaa, huone likainen ja kylpyhuone homeessa. Aamupala käytännössä pelkkä patonki. Huoneesta ja muusta reklamoitaessa sanottiin vain että laita sähköpostia ja kuvia…

l'appartement est vaste, bien situé, belle vue, calme, propre, bien équipé, un peu vétuste, mais rapport qualité prix imbattable, je suis très agréablement surprise

Residence che avrebbe bisogno di rinnovare le stanze, soprattutto x quanto riguarda il bagno e l'impianto di aria condizionata. Ottima accoglienza da parte dello staff, ottimo il fatto di avere un garage coperto privato al costo di € 10 a notte. La posizione è ottima xke salendo da un sentiero si è subito dentro al castello.

The location was great, at the foot of the hill under La Cite, ideal for our purposes but maybe a bit of a walk from La Bastide, so it depends on the focus of your 永安, La Cite vs La Bastide. Our booking came with breakfast included, so it was very good value for that price but I'd have been unimpressed if I was paying the quoted breakfast price for what I felt was a very basic continental breakfast. There are no facilities to speak of, and there was no atmosphere or craic when we returned in the evenings but that's ok, maybe that's just a cultural thing. My main gripe would be that while our booking said that check-in was 3pm there was no indication on the booking that the premises are actually locked up between 1-3pm. Our flight arrival had us at the Adonis before 2pm and we had to wander around for an hour with our luggage. Not a huge inconvenience bit still a bit irritating. Still had a fabulous 永安.

Très bon emplacement à proximité des remparts de la Cité L’accueil est sympa mais minimaliste Attention ce n’est pas un hôtel mais une résidence Donc le ménage n’est pas fait pour les séjours courts Je n’ai pas osé prendre le petit-déjeuner

Make sure you pay attention to the reception working hours. We didn't. We arrived at 9pm and had to stand in a freezing cold outside the closed hotel door for 40 min or so. The hotel's phone numberdid not answer (of course they only pick up the phone during their working hours). There is no security guard or any other hotel staff to let you in when the reception is closed. The lady who answered the hotel's 'emergency' number was very rude. She hung up on us twice before she finally sent the instructions on how to enter the hotel to us. The receptionist who checked us in the next day was nicer. According to her our tour agent did not provide the hotel with our phone number so they couldn't send the instructions to us beforehand. The rooms are old and worn down. The location is great, walking distance from the walled city.
