I had an excellent stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I truly appreciated how attentive and friendly everyone was throughout my stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed and linens were high quality, and I slept better here than I do at home! Small details, like complimentary water, good lighting, and thoughtful amenities, made a big difference. The location is perfect—close to everything I wanted to see, yet quiet enough for a restful night’s sleep. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a great variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations. The combination of excellent service, comfort, and convenience makes it a place I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. I’ll absolutely stay here again on my next 永安!

Great hotel,perfect location,very helpful staff .The view is amazing,spa access is a bonus. Room slightly dated but has all the amenities of a 5 stars hotel,location is divine and staff so so polite and helpful.Definitely worth it!

We stay in Cardiff for a few nights. Got the sea view. The view was amazing. We had breakfast on bed. Many choices of food to get for breakfast. Bathroom have a bathtub which is nice 👍🏼

設施太舊了，完全無法想象這是五星酒店，牆上的燈光開關居然是撥動式的，門口有個綠燈一直亮着影響晚上休息。給我分的房間是海景最少的一個，大半視野都是岸邊的樓和船。我在入住時明明特地要求想看海，前台卻説能看到市區。第二天吃早餐時我才知道原來180度的海景是什麼樣。差評，除了想體驗游泳和桑拿的，不建議住。

酒店地理位置優越，大堂設計非常驚艷，餐廳/酒吧的view 很好，游泳池也不錯，可惜沒有帶泳衣。但是房間設施舊了，席夢思似乎已經塌了，被子的被套都快透了。早餐還行，但是並不是每個人都滿意，因為早餐沒有魚，咖啡機配的咖啡豆不怎麼樣，所以衹能説“還行”。酒店有自己的停車場，有時會很滿（晚到的話），能不能停到完全憑運氣。

1. I was allocated a room without window. It's terrible and unbearable stuffy. In such room you can not enjoy the staying let along the sea view. After I called the reception,I got a new room with balcony which is better.2. The facility is too old and the decoration style must be the last century
