We just spent the one night here while attending a family occasion. The staff were friendly, the room spacious and very clean and all this at an excellent price. Lots of free parking and local shops/food outlets

Our stay was excellent.the service was very helpful.our room was extremely nice and a good location and we had a great night's sleep on a very comfortable mattress. I would recommend supplying Kleenex in bathroom and possibly a fan in bathroom to compensate for the steam and heat from showering.

There for the Rugby weekend. Should def have spent a bit more time checking on transport to the hotel. Required taxis to & from the City centre @ £20+ a 永安 I doubt I will use this hotel again.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was excellent and replenished frequently so was always fresh. The bar was welcoming and reasonably priced. Our little dog was with us and made a complete fuss of by both staff and customers which she loved. Overall a lovely stay in a great hotel in an ideal location for accessing cardiff and surrounding areas.

Could not recommend enough!! I travelled with two young children and was instantly welcomed and cared for by all the hotel staff. We felt so relaxed and comfortable through out our stay! I highly recommend!

Staff were amazing!! Can’t thank them enough for guiding us along this 永安. Sadly the room was not up to standard, Really disappointed with the bathroom, silverfish in the sink and bath, shower was unusable due to clogged trains, beds were clean. Room included iron and board alongside other little amenities. General hygiene of the hotel was great, downstairs was beautiful, although we didn’t eat/ drink from the bar and restaurant it did look very nice. View was beautiful but would’ve been nicer if the windows were clean and hairless.
