非常完美的位置，出火車站右手邊就是。房間乾淨整潔設施齊全，還可以看到晚霞。窗戶有一點點漏風但可以拿毛巾擋住。

Very nice hotel right next door to the station. Clean and tidy with comfortable beds. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Check in was meant to be at 3pm. Arrived at 3.20 and the room wasn't done yet which was no trouble to us to wait around. The hotel offered us free drinks which was kind of them. The bed was super comfortable and had a lovely night sleep. The bath panel was cracked and honestly looked quite outdated. The hotel itself is located directly outside the train station which was perfect for my first time going to Carlisle. And right next door to a Costa. I'd definitely be back just for a sleep in the comfortable bed again

Stayed here with daughter for the start of the Cumbria Way walk. Arrived by train and it's literally right outside the train station entrance.top marks for location Twin room. Large bathroom with bath. Some may say room is dated. For price excellent . Weatherspoons for food around the corner - less than a 10 mi s walk Friendly staff filled our water bottles before we set off for our walk. All in all met all our requirements. Also for information it's dog friendly too. For £50 for night (deal if booked train ticket through 永安 got discount on Hotels.

Stayed at this hotel few times now great location by train station..Staff polite and professional hotel nice some rooms could do with being updated look a little tired single room this visit was OK shower great..never had breakfast here as not a big breakfast eater so unable to comment on breakfast

火車停擺滯留期間住的一晚，地理位置佳，內部配套設施完善，雖然是上個世紀的老內飾但該有的都有，入住沒等兩分鐘就能拿卡進房，也算對得起這個價格

Carlisle… 一個因為暴風雪意外收穫的小鎮，雖然沒有約克或紐卡斯爾的名氣大，但這絕對是值得一遊的休閑小鎮… 除了有城堡和一個因為戰亂被破壞的教堂外，還有個“萬裏長城”… 這裏人因為非旅遊區所以都特別的熱情和友善… 好喜歡這裏的一切！

地點非常方便就在火車站前。 第一，服務有問題，訂了雙人房，俾左單人房我，要我再落去換房。 第二，房間非常暗及舊，設施殘舊，燈有六盞壞了三盞。地毯好恐怖。但床幾舒服，設備亦齊。 第三，衞生有待加強，浴室有味。 第四，浴室花灑出水熱水唔熱，但水喉位置出水又正常，非常奇怪。 第五，因為樓下附近有酒吧，夜晚非常之嘈。 總結，除了方便，無一可取。
