We chose this hotel for its location to the centre of Carlisle. Great value with excellent food and service. The bathroom was in need of an upgrade.

Fantastic location, very clean, tidy and well maintained a lot of money has been spent and you can tell. The staff were very friendly welcoming and helpful it was very peaceful and quiet the water was super hot so didn’t have to wait for hot water I would definitely return left feeling valued thank you for a great night sleep

Booked for an overnight stay when travelling back from Scotland. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. Room was clean and tidy with nice amenities. Would definitely stay here again if in the area
