巴塞羅卡薩布蘭卡酒店 (Barceló Casablanca)

因為第一次坐摩洛哥航空，要在卡薩布蘭卡轉機住一晚，看了點評選擇了這家酒店，因為評論上看有火車到市區，雖然導航沒查到線路，還是找了一下，出到達口左轉不遠就到了火車站，自動機買票去casa port, 六十當地幣，最晚應該是21:55的，中間要轉一次車，結果22:20火車沒來，工作人員安排我們坐大巴先到了中轉站，那裡走路回酒店要一個多小時，所以再車上又等了四十分鐘才又開到casa port,從那裡走回酒店半小時，不建議單人或者女孩子夜裡走這麼遠，因為感覺治安應該不太好，所以第二天去機場選擇了UBer， 330當地幣，避免了打車討價還價，酒店不錯，早餐也豐富，我第二天上午走着去看了海上清真寺和一些附近景點，我覺得交通需要多分享一些。

這個酒店非常好，性價比很高，我一個人在酒店加了早餐，很划算，在永安訂比其他的網上還便宜，環境優越以後出差還會預訂的，推薦推薦！！！

這是我們在摩洛哥旅遊了十幾天住的最滿意的酒店！位置很繁華，服務人員專業友善，會英文！有求必應，房間乾淨衞生，床單柔軟舒適！雖不能跟中國的星級酒店比較，但絕對是你在北非能找到的最高性價比的酒店！

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to raise a concern regarding my recent hotel stay in Morocco, which was booked through your platform. Upon check-in, I informed the reception that I had faced issues with air conditioning (AC) at multiple places throughout my 永安 in Morocco, and I specifically requested a room with a properly functioning AC. The hotel staff acknowledged my request and assured me they would provide a good room with a working AC. However, once I checked in, I immediately noticed that the AC was not functioning properly. I tried calling the reception multiple times—initially, there was no response. Eventually, I spoke with a lady at the front desk who said they would check and get back to me. After waiting for over an hour with no follow-up, I called again and spoke with a gentleman, as the shift had changed. I explained the situation once more, and he informed me that the AC on that entire floor was not working. He also mentioned that the hotel was fully booked, so they could not change my room. I then requested an alternative option, such as moving me to another nearby hotel (like Barcelo Anfa). However, I was told I would need to pay a significantly higher amount—even more than the original booking, despite the rate being lower on 永安. When I asked for a refund, they informed me that the booking was non-refundable and suggested I contact you directly as the supplier. After a long and frustrating back-and-forth, I was extremely tired and simply requested that they at least open the locked window so I could sleep. They finally agreed to do that. This experience was extremely disappointing and inconvenient, especially after I had clearly communicated my needs at the time of check-in. I kindly request that you review this situation and consider a partial refund or credit due to the discomfort and the hotel’s inability to fulfill a basic service promised at the time of check-in. Looking forward to your response.

Tres bien , surtout le staff , lendroit etait parfais il manque salle de sport

房間一點也不隔音，設施很老。早餐一般 可以吃得下去。商務旅行公司報銷可以住這，湊合。旅遊別住。但是唯一一點房間還算乾淨，洗漱用品自帶，拖鞋自帶。打掃的也挺乾淨的。

Hotel bem localizado. Apenas utilizamos para overnight stay de um connection flight com a RAM. O staff foi bem atencioso na nossa chegada .O quarto é ótimo. TV grande e com boa relação de canais. Voltarei a ficar com certeza.

Le personnel marocain est vraiment tjrs adorable et aux petits soins. Ils aiment bcp les enfants. L'accueil et le petit déjeuner incroyables. En ce qui concerne la chambre elle est spacieuse mais reste simple et classique.
