加帝夫朱瑞思酒店 (Leonardo Hotel Cardiff)

I had a very enjoyable stay at Leonardo Hotel Cardiff. The room was well-presented, spacious, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a larger suite. The service throughout my stay was excellent; staff were attentive, responded promptly to any requests, and went out of their way to ensure everything was seamless. A particular highlight was being offered a takeaway breakfast to accommodate my early train departure, which I greatly appreciated. The only minor drawback was that the room could be somewhat noisy at times. However, this did not detract significantly from what was otherwise a very positive experience. I would be pleased to stay here again.

El hotel es de 3 estrellas no de 4 como indica su web y las plataformas como tríp.com por lo que es un primer engaño, no tiene ascensor, las fotos no tienen nada que ver con las habitaciones que te encuentras, mucho mas viejas y con una moqueta que no te atreves a pisar. La distancia al centro es mucho mayor de la indicada. Teníamos tres noches y solo estuvimos una y porque llegamos tarde, perdimos el dinero pero no compensaba seguir allí y no descansar. Me he sentido engañada y así pondré la queja correspondiente.

給我們安排的房間非常小，不像圖片上顯示的有桌子，基本沒有什麼空間，衞生間的窗簾上還有紅色的血跡，並且窗簾差點都要掉下來。房間位置面對市中心的主街，非常吵鬧，整體體驗非常不愉快。

受付の方は皆さん優しく笑顔で応対してくれました。 お部屋には水のボトルもありました。 周辺には飲食店や服飾店、スーパーもありとても便利です。 不満點は小蝿がいて3日間の宿泊で20匹位殺しました。 いつの宿泊客のものか分かりませんがウェルカムカードが殘ったままでした。

我定的是超大床，與兩個孩子橫着睡一點兒沒問題。房間大小足夠大挺舒服，衞生間也比較大，洗髮水、洗手液、沐浴液都有。地板可能是比較久了，走路時有點兒聲響。酒店對面有個酒吧，我住的那天是週末，好多人在酒吧外面喝酒，大吵大鬧到近三點，我是被吵醒的。

Super swift check in, lovely smell throughout the hotel. Spacious hotel with decent sized rooms. Rooms feels more modern than the bathrooms. Very comfortable bed and nice shower. Used the restaurant for breakfast, this had a nice atmosphere/ambiance, very clean and tidy and welcoming staff. Food was hot and fresh and a good selection. Great central location and £25 overnight car parking which was good. Would definitely stay again with the city centre on your doorstep

Best hotel I've been to so far all the staff day/night was well mannered happy helpful joyful staff from reception to dinning down to the cleaners all have above and beyond with my stay from the moment I arrived made me feel equal as im disabled the lift access was easy to use helpful with my luggage straight away no waiting around reception was brilliant excellent communication got my room card really quickly no waiting around 3 lifts so plenty of access to floors my room was beautiful spacious easy access with quick card entrance with electric door just swap and the door opens for you with one press button to exit bathroom has all disabled access toilet bars shower seat with arm rests your able to move from side to side which helps getting to dry floor food was amazing from breakfast buffet massive selection you got to try the mixed fruit juices red and green flavour explosion have your great British fry up with a croissant and cappuccino for afters even had reserved table with easy access with out asking help with service if you want your breakfast brought too your room i highly recommend you stay in the Leonardo hotel for best stay on what ever your needs great tourist's while on your stay you have to visit the castle

Positives: Receptionist on the desk was nice and polite. The room itself was large, had a kettle with coffee etc, iron and ironing board, shampoo and body wash, comfy large bed. Negatives: the hotel was so loud not from other rooms but from outside, I did ask for a quiet room. But was woken again at 4am with the sound of bass that carried on until 5am! Should have guessed it was going to be noisy when the receptionist mentioned they could provide ear plugs if needed! The receptionist did say if it was too loud we could move but it wasn’t at 3pm. And there was no point in moving at 2am when we heard the outside noise. If I could guarantee a room that was definitely quiet I would stay again.

Great location to the city centre, car park at hotel with 55 spaces and at a rate of £25 per night, very secure and well lit. Staff very friendly and available 24 hours a day. We had a free upgrade to a Kings Superior Suite which was a very spacious room, although the bathroom was quite small compared to the room size, non the less was a nice touch and discount coupons in with our key card for 10% off food and drinks and four vouchers for free coffees, which also was a nice touch. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice service and hospitality from the crew. Very Happy stay. so many attractions points near by to visit.
