Absolutely freezing room. No preheating at all so seeing as it was cold outside, meant it was cold inside. Quite genuinely had to leave the hairdryer running for half hour as the air con unit doesn't exactly pump out the temperature the control panel indicates. In the end or was OK but after a few hours. Shower was a bit too frugal on the amount of water actually coming out of it due to the water saving device attached to it. More or less everything else was OK

Arrived early evening to a friendly welcome, the reception area was informal and staff readily available. Room was cosy and well equipped with tea and coffee and two bottles of still spring water. Two sets of towels ample storage space and a cosy double bed with extra fluffy pillows (3). Ensuite shower and toilet in the room and smart tv with wifi and chromecast facility. Great tucked away from main road location with easy access to adjoining pub/restaurant. Ideally situated for local attractions like diggerland, xscape, and royal armories. Good value fir money
