就是價格便宜，周邊配套方便！房間很普通，配套很一般！如果圖個便宜就住，如果想環境好就不要選擇了！但是停車免費🆓挺方便

The overall environment of the room was average, as the lighting inside was quite dim. The bathroom did not provide basic toiletries (such as facial cleanser), and there was no trash bin in the room—only one in the bathroom, which seemed to be for toilet use only and was not very convenient. The soundproofing was also poor; since the room was close to the main road, the traffic noise was quite loud and affected rest. However, the front desk service was excellent and very warm, which made the stay feel much more pleasant.

The Aircon didn't work so we were given a fan heater which didn't work either. We were then moved to another room, where the Aircon was from the last century and didn't work either and we had to use a fan heater that was already in the room. The whole hotel is very run down and needs a good refurbishment. We were also informed at check in that there was a $ 10/night parking fee which we were not made aware of during the booking process. The second room TV didn't work as the wrong remote was in the room which was from a different brand of TV. The lady at reception was helpful and had to get a new remote from another room. It took several 永安s to reception to get all this sorted out. I understand that it is a budget hotel, but basic stuff like this should not be happening. Not a nice experience at all.

The staff was very friendly, that's a plus. The bed was also clean, which is the most important thing to me. But that's about it with the positive points: the bathroom was not very clean and the interior of the room was very outdated and worn down. The blinds had a giant hole in them so a lot of light came through in the morning. The window was the dirtiest window I have ever seen in my life. The fridge had clearly not been cleaned for a long time so it was really gross, turned down way too cold so our food froze, and was very loud aswell. We also REALLY underestimated the distance to the city centre, which took us around 1,5-2h with public transport. There was no bus connection during late evening and the night, so the last 20 minutes of our way home were spent walking. Overall not a good experience.

Photo of the rooms provided by the hotel is exactly what you will receive. The heater (air con) was not functioning well so the hotel provided extra blankets and another heater to us, though it was noisy. Hotel was extremely clean though. Service by the staff is good as well.
