TH 豪華中央酒店 (Th Luxury Central)

酒店鄰近市中心，在居民樓裡邊，不用擔心安全，因為要三重密碼才可以進入大廈，房子和房間裡邊。房間下面是好像香港花園街的市集，什麼都有得賣。大概1000米步程。 衞生一般，沒有洗頭水沐浴露（因為沒有refill）。

可以在whatsAPP上面輸入酒店電話然後聯繫，獲得房間密碼。酒店內部裝修挺不錯很乾凈，但是所在的街區儘量別深夜去，可能有點亂，工作人員態度很好，我把耳機忘在房間裏了，第二天聯繫酒店下午就找回了，溝通的時候發現他們也保留了其他訪客落下的衣服，蠻負責的。

Absolutely terrible experience! This is NOT a hotel but just rooms with no reception. The building and surroundings were very dark with no lights, making it feel unsafe, like entering a dangerous area. I arrived at 23:30 (as clearly stated in my booking) and found the room in horrifying condition: dirty everywhere, bathroom not cleaned, and towels stained with human feces. When we asked for help, the owner refused to change towels/rooms, threatened us to leave at midnight, and denied any refund. They started refusing calls my the 永安 as well. We had to leave the place at 00:00, spend the night searching for somewhere safe, and the next day we had to pay again for another accommodation. This place is unsafe, unhygienic, and the owners are completely unprofessional. It could even put someone’s health or life at risk. Avoid at all costs, I have additional photos and videos, recordings to prove it.

照理來説 入住前或後酒店應該給我大門密碼！ 但他們並沒有給我 入住過後就衹給我門卡和電梯樓下大門的鑰匙！酒店的門前密碼沒有給我🤬 我晚上回去 開不到門 打給酒店沒人接！等了接近10分鐘才有顧客回來 給我開門！倘若沒顧客回來 我該怎麼辦？我第二天早上的飛機？ 這實在不好！ 另外特別感謝永安的客服💁

DON'T COME TO THIS PLACE. It will ruin your 永安. I've been to many countries and hotels, and this is the WORST experience I have EVER had. We were trapped outside the building because of the failure of the door lock(fyi this hotel is located inside a hybrid building). I understand that the whole building suffered, not only because of our key. However, it took a long time for them to come and unlock it for you, because there is no staff in the building during night. Luckily , we met another yguest who also lived in the building, so we managed to get inside and we did also tell the staff on phone that we got inside. What's worse, our door key was not working so we couldn't get into the hotel unfortunately, then we called again for many times, we failed to reach them. Until they picked up the call, they just kept repeating the same words: our staff is coming. They did not listen to our problem clearly: we were inside the building . After I repeated our situation many times , they then realised that we actually got inside and were MAD at us. Their attitudes were extremely terrible and put the blame on us -yelling at us that we did not tell him we got inside. In fact I told him many times but he just didn't wanna listen to us carefully. Eventually, they opened the door for us remotely. After a while, a staff came to us to check the card, and he found out that our card wasn't sensitive to get into the door, so he gave us PIN, which is good, andpromised to change the card the morning after. Nevertheless, when i asked the receptionist, she had no idea what happened at all, then of course we didn't get our card changed. The card was occasionally usable, which is very disturbing and worrying . Of course, our mood is seriously disturbed by this event. I have no trust in them anymore. Feel very paranoid. It is ok to encounter some issues. What matters the most is how you handle an issue. Obviously, they handled it terribly without professionalism. Worst customer service I've ever encountered. NOT RECOMMENDED.

酒店位於帳篷市場裏，一座樓房的五層。酒店乾淨，設施齊全。服務生早上的那個好，下午的有點胖的那個就沒那麼好了。陽台可以看到埃特納火山。

Alles tip top. Die Zimmer sind neu und alles ist in einem hervorragenden Zustand. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett. Das einzige Problem was für einen Besucher als störend empfunden werden könnte ist, dass es sehr hellhörig ist, das heißt, man hört wirklich sehr gut wenn der Nachbar z.B Fernsehen guckt, oder sich unterhält. Das kann unter Umständen störend sein. Aber abgesehen davon ist eigentlich alles total gut. Vor dem Hotel findet täglich ein Markt von 6-13 Uhr statt - das sollte man wissen. D.h. zwischen 6 Uhr und 13 Uhr kann dann dort kein Auto fahren oder Auto parken und alles ist gesperrt. Glücklicherweise befindet sich direkt neben dem Hotel ein großes Parkhaus in dem man wunderbar sein Auto 24/7 parken kann. Es ist dort sicher abgestellt und das Parkhaus kostet pro Nacht 12 Euro (Stand Juli 2025). Fazit: Wer ein solides, minimalistisches und einfaches Hotelzimmer sucht, in guter Lage und zu einem fairen Preis, der ist hier genau richtig.👍
