Очень красивая территория, просто райский сад. Очень понравилась пальмовая аллея к пляжу и сам пляж. Если еще поедем в Кавелоссим, хотела бы остановиться в этом отеле, даже с учетом недостатков, описанных ниже. Интерьер номера приятный, но не современный, не помешает косметический ремонт. Заметно было на контрасте, переехали в Novotel из Alila Diva Goa в Маджорде, сравнение не в пользу Novotel. В принципе все работало, иногда ненадолго отключалось электричество. С вайфаем были перебои, но не критичные. Почитав отзывы, забронировали номер без питания, про ресторан ничего сказать не могу. Некоторые работники отеля (на ресепшен и охранники на входе) неприветливы, что неприятно удивляло. Долго ждали, когда наши вещи принесут в номер, в результате сын сам пошел за чемоданами (первый раз в принципе с таким отношением столкнулась). Не разрешили выезд в 14-00, хотя в отеле были свободные номера нашего типа и наша бронь содержала опцию позднего выезда при наличии возможности в отеле. Отель хорошо расположен, занимает большую территорию. Громкая музыка от индийской свадьбы прекратилась в 10 вечера, вечером и ночью в отеле тихо.

This is a beautiful resort with nice rooms. Ours was clean and spacious. The staff was generally very good and assisted with things like booking taxis. The beach is not private - only the access path to the beach is private. That did not pose a problem for us. When we arrived we were told we needed to pay 11000 rupees each for a mandatory New Year’s Eve party. They insisted we had been notified when we had not, and claimed they could not check us in until we paid. It felt extortive to insist on this payment with no prior notification (and, they first said we had definitely been contacted but they couldn’t find proof, and later said they hadn’t had a way to contact us). Ultimately we did pay with a discount and enjoyed the party. However, the experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I would warn anyone saying over Christmas or New Years that these extremely expensive, mandatory parties will occur.

Sehr schöne Lage, ruhig und strandnah Guter großer Pool und Garten Keine hoteleigenen Liegen am Strand, werden aber von privaten Restaurants angeboten Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal In der Hochsaison finden regelmäßig indische Hochzeitsfeiern statt, dann ändert sich die sonst sehr ruhige Atmosphäre.

не понравился отель. Номера старенькие, в номере не работал холодильник. По бронированию были предусмотрены ранниее заселение и поздние выселение, отель не предоставил. Слышимость осень большая. Гумят трубы, запах канализации. Да и в целом ощущение , что здесь тебе не рады здесь. Из плюсов только большая территория и расположение. Отель переоценен, и стоимость завышена

This is a proper 5 star property. They know how to treat their guests. They decorated the room, and arranged a surprise, everything was special. There was a small blunder, but they made up for it, and sorted everything out, a perfect 5 star experience. Also the attached beach by the hotel… is a different sensory experience to wake up to. Very polite and professional staff, and courteous service. Well done, and thank you

Excellent location. Chalets well spread out. Beach a few minutes away almost as an extension of the hotel. Excellent bars & restaurants with good live bands a few minutes away. Would definitely visit again.

Really badly run hotel, At first they could not find my booking then they checked me out when I clearly stated I had a second booking, my keys got deactivated had to wait outside for nearly 20 mins before they sent new ones, breakfast is horribly bad with flies all over the pastries, croissants hard as a rock even the Executive Chef had to come and prepare 2 basic fried eggs sunny side up soft on top as the other staff could only deliver half cooked eggs simply not good enough I would not recommend this hotel

Novotel hotel management should renovate rooms as soon as possible, it’s looking very old , I think they haven’t change their interior from last 20-25 years, running their hotel with same old interior,Rooms doesn’t give feel of Five star property. Rooms & Toilets - 1/5 Location - 5/5 Breakfast - 5/5 Swimming Pool - 5/5 Lunch & Dinner - 3/5 Staff & Service - 3/5
