Very clean. Family friendly place. Kid friendly place with inside pool and playground. The open space lets the kids run free. Nice food and friendly staff. Very accomodating with requests and they go out of their job description.

The place is great and Instagrammable but there are unexpected that I'm a bit disappointed, like there is no fridge in the room. And they muss include in the infos that anyone who wants to use the pool must pay and avail at d reception for swim cap. And they allowed other adults too to use without cap. The tower is just near but the night before we checked out, the internet connections lost. But the staff are friendly and helpful.

My girlfriend and I had a great stay in Via Appia, I love the place, staffs are great, they also have complimentary drink that you can upgrade with special turon for ₱150, it tastes unique with a twist. It’s a must try. And they didn’t mention that the place gets romantic at night!!! This is perfect for couples who wants to unwind in a peaceful, romantic with a great scenery. Forgot to take pic but they also have the best sunset 🌅 I love everything about this place, we’ll definitely come back 🥰

We just stay for the night and if you want a place to just relax this is for you. the place is nice and peaceful. We just dont want the room been given to us we request a room with a view but they’ve given us a view of the residents houses beside the hotel hehe.

We had a wonderful stay. Room is clean. Superb breakfast, nice view and kuddos to ALL staff from concierge, front desk, security, restaurant staff and housekeeping they are all friendly and courteous 💗

Had an amazing restful time at Via Appia Tagaytay! We checked in late so we were kinda worried we wouldn't be able to fully enjoy the stay, but it's still a nice experience. Toiletries and slippers were provided, towels weren't in the room yet so we had to request and it took some time for the staff to deliver it to our room since they're fully booked and we were informed that there was only one staff doing room service that night, probably because it was already a bit late. But other than that, the staff and even the guards are all accommodating and super nice. Plus points that they are not super strict with pets, unlike other "pet-friendly" hotels. Serving of breakfast took a bit of time but the food is nice nonetheless. Property is far from the Taal View but the view from the room and the open area of the hotel is beautiful in itself and also very relaxing. Good for families! We weren't able to use the heated pool and the game room due to lack of time, so I'd recommend staying here for 2 nights or more.
