整體很不錯，飯店生意很好，節日時早餐記得早點下來，不然餐廳沒座位要到2樓去，菜色選項就會減少 桑拿設備有點 Low, 需改進，海灘是多個飯店共有的，記得要去看日落

由於美金還沒換成當地貨幣，感謝飯店門口警衞先生幫忙代墊車資，並貼心協助搬運行李。飯店房間與網頁顯示一樣美好、乾淨，洗澡水壓充足。早餐種類眾多、美味。早晨漫步至海邊飯店海灘，各項設施一應俱全，帶來休閒、寧靜身心。飯店附近各項生活便利。

設施：設施還可以，算不上很新但是住的也比較舒適了。 服務：我住了三晚，每次按鈴讓人打掃都沒有人，打掃了一次還是我自己去叫人的。 保安以為我和朋友是韓國人 先入為主用韓語打招呼。其實還是蠻不舒服的感覺 環境：估計是旅遊旺季 酒店人很多 。沙灘還可以就是人很多 很吵。樓下漢堡店好吃

飯店的游泳池壞了一陣子，房間的大小不算大，臨櫃時櫃枱人員面銷海景房double bed需要再增加2400披索的費用, 沙灘的游泳池距離飯店步行大約8分鐘，有一個無邊際的游泳池，還有一個海邊的沙灘，不過礁石相當多要注意一下安全，浴室的水温很低，大概只有35度，櫃枱人員相當忙碌，整個飯店多數為韓國的旅客。

従業員の対応は、本當に良かったです。コンビニなども近所にあり海からも近くロケーションは、最高でした。 1つ難點がやはりシャワーの水圧が弱いのとお湯が出るまで5分くらい掛かります。シャワーに入る5分前から、お湯を出しっぱにする事をお勧めします。

I had a wonderful stay at Belmont Hotel Cebu! The staff were warm and professional, especially during the earthquake — they stayed calm and checked on every guest right away. The room was cozy, breakfast was simple but tasty, and the tour desk was super helpful for planning activities. The private beach was beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing or watching the sunset. Truly an amazing and safe place to stay! 🌴✨

The hotel staff were amazing and very friendly. They took time to greet us and learn our children’s names, which was very kind. The staff did a great job and showed care during the earthquake and we felt safe as they did a thorough inspection of the property. The breakfast was great and offered a good variety of food. As wonderful as the staff was, we were disappointed with the beach. It is quite small and very rocky. We wish we would’ve known this before booking as we have small children who were looking forward to soft sand and swimming. One of our children got cut the first day due to the rocks. Had we been aware we would’ve prepared better or booked elsewhere. The pictures on the hotel site are a bit misleading. We tried to cancel our booking halfway through so we could travel to a softer beach down south, but the hotel rejected our request. We enjoyed the pools and found them very nice, however not being able to jump in is a bit unfortunate. Our young children wanted to jump and were told they couldn’t. The hotel just didn’t seem very kid friendly when it came to the amenities.

安価な施設ながら、新しいので非常にきれいでした。マクタンニュータウンに位置しており、徒歩圏內に大型スーパーもあります。ニュータウン內なので、よるの徒歩移動も安全な感じです。ホテル內のプールは小さなものですが、無料で利用できるマクタンニュータウンビーチが最高です。プライベートビーチ感満載です。インフィニティープールもあり、プールバーは安価でドリンクを楽しめます。ホテルからは徒歩10分でアクセスできます。

新しく綺麗なホテルでした。綺麗に清掃もされており、清潔でした。また、フィリピンにありがちなゴキブリ問題とも無縁で快適に過ごせました。ただ、トイレットペーパーを電話で頼んだものの結局忘れられたのか屆けてもらうことができませんでした。なんだったのだろうか。 それと、プライベートビーチ、プールに関してですが、正直プールの水が汚すぎてあまり入る気にはなれなかったです。

I booked for two nights for my son's 5th birthday celebration. I asked the hotel for birthday freebie and, they delivered. They gave a slice of cake upon check in with balloons, cake and teddy out of the towels. We also got a room upgrade to Sea view. it was beyond our expectation. the breakfast buffet was so good plus we get to experience Gordon's restaurant on the same building. What an experience! The hotel staff was also so courteous. They all greeted us with a happy smile whenever they see us. Especially the room service, because we asked for additional tea and laundry bags, they gave us without hesitation. the best part of the hotel was the sauna and the steam bath. We keep on going back because of it. Not only my son was happy but me and my partner as well. We will definitely stay here again.
