飯店位置適合隔日搭飛機，離市區有點偏遠，若想逛小一點的Mall ，也是有選項，一個近飯店，類似大賣場，價格較接地氣，另一個新開的，SM J ,可換匯 也是SM集團的，匯率不錯， 逛完街可以順道走路到 7D 工廠買芒果 飯店有Happy hour 可以去頂樓看日落，一邊喝一邊看日落，為旅程畫下句點

Im always staying Maayo Hotel for my vacation, and Iove Maayo so far with free snacks and drinks and water, but recently my check in 5 days, I was observed there’s no free snacks and juice drinks and water putted in the mini refrigerator, before they putted every day…

My first time in Maayo Hotel I was kinda hesitant since it was connected to a hospital , but I finally decided since the location is very accessible. I may say that it’s 1 of the underrated city hotels in cebu , very affordable and amenities are top grade. I loved the ambiance and very friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel to stay!

Had a superb experience with Maayo Hotel. Their breakfast buffet is amazing, hotel staff very accommodating, and the total ambience of the place is very relaxing. I missed to take photos of the room we stayed, but will surely book here again.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel due to the way a serious incident was handled. I booked and paid for two rooms for three nights, specifically requesting that we will stay on the same floor. While this was accommodated for the first two nights, an unexpected and distressing incident occurred on the third morning that left my companions deeply scarred. Hotel management quickly moved their room to a different floor for their safety. When I tried to check on my companions, I was denied access to the floor they were transferred to, despite being the one who booked and paid for both rooms using my email account. I repeatedly explained this to Val at the front desk, but she showed no empathy for the situation and only granted me access after persistent efforts. Wanting to discuss the incident further and seek corrective action, I asked to speak with the manager, Lily. Val told me Lily is not around, and only the assistant manager was present. Divine appeared and claimed to be the manager. Divine, who is the assistant manager, insisted repeatedly and repeatedly that she is the manager. I find this misleading and unprofessional. Lily, who was not to be present, suddenly appeared during our confrontation with Divine. Divine’s strong and dismissive attitude was not appropriate for someone in her position, especially during such a sensitive time. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with how this situation was handled, Val and Divine particularly the lack of transparency and empathy from their clients. I hope Maayo Hotel takes this feedback seriously and implements improvements in staff training and crisis management choosing the right person for this job. Clearly, Divine is not one of the right person for this job.

酒店環境很好，可以看到海，服務也不錯，美中不足是地理位置在機場和市中心中間，不太繁華，沒啥吃飯的地方，但是去哪兒都有20分鐘車程，對於出差的我來説，比較方便。
