飯店位置良好，對面就有商場；門口保全主動熱情協助拿取行李及帶至3樓櫃枱，櫃枱人員親切，入住時須先押付$1000現金；房間、浴室小巧，室內無拖鞋，窗外視野良好，冷氣略顯大聲：早上在1樓使用早餐，帶來一天愉悅心情。

為了第二天搭飛機住的。各方面都挺好的，酒店裝修在當地算是比較豪華的。房間沒拍照，首頁所見即所得。隔壁有robinson商場可以逛吃。 凌晨飛機趕不上酒店早餐，可以提前跟前台預約打包（衹有三明治和水，記得是另付50p一份，蠻好吃的）

보라카이 넘어가기전 투어위한 1박으로 저렴이 선택, 저는 나름 만족했어요. 깔끔했고 1층에 가성비 레스토랑이 있었는데 웨이팅이 많아 못간게 약간 아쉽, 조식도 괜찮았고. 저는 일정에 따라서 재방문 의사도 있습니당

전체적인 만족도는 괜찮음 직원들도 다 친절하였으나 샤워시설이 좀 만족스럽지 못하였으며 호텔 앞 스타벅스와 졸리지 등 다양한 시설이 있어서 만족

This hotel is perfect 👌 for access to all. We came for medical tests & easy access to labs. We also enjoyed the Starbucks directly across the street & helping hands massage 💆♀️.

中規中矩的新飯店，櫃枱人員笑臉迎人，早餐很好吃，我們又去吃了額外的晚餐，也很不錯，整體飯店環境優美。缺點就是浴室水壓很低，洗澡要洗很久，衞生紙很薄一下就用完。

The room is not that big but well furnished & complete with amenities & very clean. Staff are very courteous & accommodating.Very strategic location -- it's just across Robinson's Cybergate!☺️ Lami kaau ilang free breakfast.

I truly appreciate this hotel. The staff are exceptionally accommodating, particularly the entrance guard who attentively assists guests. The receptionists are not only professional but also very approachable. Overall, I would be delighted to return to this hotel repeatedly.

They felt truly welcomed and comfortable, and that gave me so much peace of mind, even from afar. They couldn’t stop talking about how kind and attentive your team was, and how much they enjoyed the delicious food—especially the breakfast, which was such a thoughtful inclusion.
