Swimming pool was closed due to the earthquake which hits in October 1st. That’s what they told me. Maybe it was just pretext. U can’t ask extra towel for your guest cos there is only you who paid for room. And therefore u have only one towel. 😂 Internet was crushing every hour. After midnight it stops completely.

We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The staff were very accommodating especially that my mother suffered from a minor stomach ache on our first night. The staffs were very attentive to our needs. Thank you and we will be surely back. Plus the location of the hotel is very accessible and peaceful.

ITパークに用があり、近くで手ごろな価格で泊まれる所を探していたところ、こちらを見つけました。確かに手ごろな価格ですが、部屋にゴミ箱がなかったり、床が少し汚かったりしたのが気になりました。しかし屋上にはプールがあり、僕しか泳いでなかったので、良いリフレッシュが出來ました。ホテルの前にはセブンイレブンがあり快適でした。

the place was amazing, it was near my where I’m supposed to go, near malls and along the highway. Perfect if your on a budget, and solo traveller, but few notes, maybe just me but I’d appreciate more efficiency from the staff specially front desk, they will give you what you need it may take time and had to go back down few times to get what I need, also building wise, if you don’t want to add a phone in every single room maybe just add one near the elevator that is connected to the lobby so that when we have to follow up we don’t have to go back few times just for towels or bedsheet change request, especially if your tired and just want a good rest. Overall my stay was good and would definitely stay here again☺️ srry bout the photo, had to ss from a vid

The property offered a truly excellent stay. My room was spacious, spotless, and featured comfortable bedding, making for a perfect night's sleep. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, providing helpful local recommendations. While the location was ideal for exploring downtown, a highlight was the convenient early check-in, which allowed me to start my weekend retreat without delay.

I like this hotel because it's within walking distance of IT Park and Ayala. The staff are friendly and respectful. The room is clean, although it could benefit from an air freshener to improve the scent and make it more comfortable.

Superb location, it only took me less than 10 minutes walking from The Pad to Ayala Central Bloc. The area also had various shops such as a convenience store and spa at the ground floor.They followed my request to have a room away from the elevator. The bedsheet, pillows and blanket were clean. The room was spacious for a solo room, enough if you have a lot of stuff. The bathroom had heated showers and the water pressure was just right. The AC was working well. Wifi speed was just right but not ideal for remote workers (depends). They provided a towel but didn't replace it the next days. Will definitely book here on my next return to Cebu.

We got a great deal through 永安 with free breakfast, making it excellent value for money. The location is very convenient, close to IT Park with easy access to malls and restaurants. Amenities are good, though the stay could be improved with a TV in the rooms, better cabinets for storage, and faster internet, as the connection was often slow. Overall, we still had a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would recommend this hotel for its affordability, location, and overall comfort.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel is clean and the location is great, very easy to find. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. The only downside is that they didn’t provide slippers. Because of that, I noticed and felt the floor wasn’t completely clean, which was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that small detail, it was a nice experience and I would still recommend this place for its great location and kind staff.

We stayed at The Pad Co-Living for 2 nights and had such a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, which made us feel welcome from the start. The buffet was really delicious with a good variety of choices, and the room was cozy and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out. We also enjoyed the pool, which made our stay even more fun and refreshing. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely love to come back!
