Eloisa Royal Suites is ideal for travelers who need quick airport access but don't want to be isolated . The free airport shuttle is a huge perk. The building is older, but my room was clean, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. The included breakfast is very basic. I would happily stay again for a short layover.

This hotel is right on a main road, heavy traffic noise until very late at night. If you have an early flight, I would suggest a quieter hotel, however there are 2 different buildings to this hotel, so other rooms may well be quieter. The bed was quite comfortable. Free airport transfer is only every 2 hours, so we had to wake up at 1am for a 5am flight. Otherwise, we probably would have missed check-in for our flight. Hotel staff are lovely and very helpful. We were also greeted with a cold, refreshing drink on arrival. And on departure, they loaded out bags into the vehicle. There is a small gym located in the second building, which has a sauna, and a reasonable amount of gym equipment. But dont expect to find every piece of equipment you would find in a commercial gym. There is also a massage available for a fee and an outdoor pool.

I recently stayed at the Eloisa Royal Suites Hotel for two nights. Overall, the experience was okay but nothing particularly special. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were polite, although not overly friendly. My room was clean and had the basic amenities like a TV, air conditioning, and a small coffee maker. However, the furniture looked a bit dated and the mattress was too firm for my liking. One major downside was the noise. The hotel is located right next to a busy road, and the sound of vehicles passing by — especially at night — was really annoying and made it hard to sleep. The windows didn’t seem to block out much of the noise, which was disappointing. The location is convenient — close to shops, restaurants, and public transport — which was a big plus. I didn’t try the hotel restaurant, but the complimentary breakfast was quite basic: toast, eggs, and coffee. Wi-Fi was free but a bit slow during the evenings. In short, it's a decent place to stay if you're looking for something affordable and centrally located, but be prepared for noise and limited comfort.

It is good place location, The service is a good to guiding me that I asked him where is the pool? He guiding me to went to the pool. I felt like I was grateful to have you as well. I hope this place is really good and amazingly cool. There’s place is near to that airport, Mactan, Cebu City, Philippines. Thank you very much. I definitely recommend this place ever.

От аэропорта близко. Поселили в номер 407 ужас! Кондиционер не работал на холод, выдавал еле еле 23. На рецепции делали вид, что не понимают и уже в 2 ночи разбираться не стали. На следующий день правда помогли с дак и до Ослоба.

Бронировали улучшенный номер с кроватью king size, по факту весь номер она и занимает. При заселении посчитали багаж и дали номер, такого маленького у нас еще не было за все годы путешествий. Шкаф отсутствует, ходить нет возможности, номер метра 4 кв., сантехника на троечку, в ванной тоже не развернуться, она крошечная. Завтрак шведский стол, голодным не останешься, но выбор минимальный. Расположение отеля хорошее, рядом Молл, где есть Робинзон и рядом gayasano grand, из отеля бесплатный шатл в аэропорт.

Room is spacious, has a mini fridge and hot water facilities. They have available parking, there's a cafe at the lobby where you can order. Location is great as it is beside The Outlets where there are dining options, grocery and shopping and it is along the natiinal highway. There is also free transport from and to airport.

На мой взгляд это был лучший отель за наше путешествие по Филиппинам (в общей сложности бронировали 5 отелей, есть с чем сравнивать). Завтраки не брали, зато воспользовались бесплатным трансфером до аэропорта, это удобно. В номере есть: тв, кондиционер, холодильник, чайник, вода и кофе, сейф, шкаф для вещей, 2 стула, много зеркал. Душ отличный, напор хороший. В отеле есть лифт, удобно с чемоданами. Спасибо большое 🙏
