Hotel staff were welcoming and greeted us every single time we came back to the hotel. Check in and check out processes were smooth. Hotel was clean and daily housekeeping was prompt. On the day of our departure, the reception and bell boys helped us to flag down a taxi that we guessed was slightly cheaper than calling for Grab. The experience was superb overall, thank you!

The place is clean and spacious with high ceilings and wide lobbies. The room was big. Nice staff. Water dispensers on each floor. Located near JY Mall, beyond IT Park which is not close to main attractions but not bad. Recommended.

I was on a business 永安 and decided to booked at 18 Suites since it’s close to the office. I had a packed durian with me and the staff happily assisted and refrigerated my durian while I stay in the hotel. The check in process was very smooth and my room was ready. The room was spacious and very clean. It smells good too. The hotel only serves breakfast, nevetheless, you can always order via foodpanda or grabfood. Highly recommended.

良き。 周りの景色はリアルなフィリピン。リゾート感を求めるのであれば不向きかもしれないが、観光の拠點にするなら非常にお勧め。温度は安定しないがお湯が出るし水圧もまぁまぁある。トイレットペーパーやタオルは迅速に持ってきてもらえる。歩いて行ける場所に両替、24時間のコンビニやセブンイレブン、ジョリビー、マックがある。 スタッフさんも感じが良く好印象。

Considering the price, one of the best hotel I've booked recently. 💙 The room is spacious, cleanliness is super. Water dispenser is available along the hallways. I will definitely book again, if I will be back in Cebu.
