I've been in Cebu many times and as a tourist, business traveller as well as a travel enthusiast, here's my honest ranking. 5 Stars Hotel Top Ranks: 1) Sheraton Cebu Mactan Resort 2) Radisson Blu Hotel, Cebu 3) Fili Hotel NUSTAR Cebu Amenities: While the infinity pool boasts a scenic view of the sea, it is rather small as compared to the pools with a view at Sheraton Resort Cebu. There is a bigger pool, but it isn't fantastic enough to wow you. In terms of the breakfast buffet spread, it wins in quantity but not quality. Sheraton and Radisson both have lesser quantity in terms of the food items served in the buffet breakfast, but they guarantee quality. Sheraton provides fully customizable drinks (eg. Orange espresso) and Radisson has an excellent bakery with an assortment of tea choices. FILI, as a new premium hotel, pales in comparison as the flavours served are sub-par. Coffee served is also rather typical, iced (super sweet) latte. Service: This part annoyed my team and I. I understand the need for tight security, but perhaps we should have been told beforehand that if we ordered a grabfood order or something, we need to notify the security? No instructions were given on how we are to notify the security. Do we call them from our room in which the number is not provided? Or do we make the delivery rider wait while we try to approach the security, which wastes a whole ten minutes? On top of that, customer service wasn't bad. They just weren't trained enough for foreign tourists. They could barely understand what I was trying to say when I mentioned "there's a spill on the floor and perhaps it's best to get someone to clean it so we don't spread the mess". This wasn't understood until I had to personally get them to see the issue for them to understand. As compared to Sheraton/Radisson, the service rendered by the concierge was also subpar. Radisson prides itself in its excellence in customer service, whereby the steward would personally help with guiding you and even to the extent of getting the lift for you. At Sheraton, the doorman would always be there to greet you. What we experienced in FILI was very different. They're there to provide exceptional services... occasionally. Somedays, it felt like we were transparent. No greetings or getting the door for you. I mean, this is not to say it is bad but rather, just a comparison to the other big names. The service rendered is worlds apart. Location: We chose this place for proximity to the SM Seaside Mall. But don't be fooled the way we were. It is not walkable and somedays you'd find it hard to get a grabride because it is too far out. Most drivers would have to make a full circle before turning in. It is.. an inconvenient spot. Sheraton may be on Mactan Island but it provides a quiet retreat with food places just 10 minutes away without difficulty in getting a grabride. Radisson Blu literally has a walkway connected to a mall so yeah. Our team agreed that the security guards/porters weren't friendly, and they wouldn't even offer help. Somehow ... they'd greet you when you're all dressed up and decked up with branded items. I could be wearing flip flops at Sheraton/Radisson and they'd still make me feel like a guest. The same cannot be said for FILI Hotel.

always looking forward to our stay here. staff is very friendly, so many restaurants to dine to, you can explore your options really well. also the breakfast spread is really good. definitely will be coming back again everytime we will be back in cebu. Thank You!

飯店位置目前雖不是在熱鬧的市區,但設施服務都很不錯。只是訂房時是king size的床,進房間的看到尺寸跟我的認知有點小了些,還好我們一家三口還能睡下!房間隔音還不錯、床的軟硬度適中、廁所內有免治馬桶非常加分!早餐非常豐盛有菲式、韓式、西式餐點,是我們在旅程中最滿意的回憶。

Das Hotel hat unsere Probleme schnell und unkompliziert per E-Mail gelöst. Obwohl wir für drei Tage gebucht hatten, konnten wir nur etwa anderthalb Tage bleiben. Daher hat das Hotel ein Upgrade sowie Kuchen und Wein als Geschenk vorbereitet. Wir waren sehr dankbar. Es war wirklich süß und lecker, genau wie der Kuchen, den wir in Belgien gegessen haben, und wir waren mit der Nutzung der Lounge sehr zufrieden. Wir konnten auch eine entspannte und angenehme Zeit am Pool verbringen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich, besonders die koreanischen Männer!
