宿務皇冠麗晶酒店 (Crown Regency Hotel & Towers)

走進大堂，就是一股廁所裏面放了蚊香的味道撲面而來。早餐在二樓也是這個味道。實在受不了了。住在29樓，都能聽到晚上大馬路上的汽車摩託車喇叭聲，一個晚上沒睡好。

天空散步蠻刺激的 旁邊可以吃快樂蜂🥳🥳

First time to be here but surprisingly amazing 😍

Definitely seen better days. Outdoor pool being refurbished, indoor pool is working but a bit gross and unheated. None of the jets work either. Dead cockroach in the swimming pool changing room, live one in my room! Pillows were dirty too, we got changed. Breakfast is bang average, they have an omelette station and also a pancake station but the latter was only available one of the days. No fruit, or any drinks except one juice and coffee. "Hot" breakfast food was also cold. There is currently no games room working either. I would say avoid until the renovation programme is complete, a few staff mentioned the renovations.

The worst part list : I am not mysophobia , i do stay at cheap budget hotel and still didnt have any issue on my skin This is the first time i got bed bug bites when staying on hotel and have so many issue in first night of stay See number 5 and 7 ⚠️ Tips : Reconsider before make this booking Summary : wont recommend and will avoid this hotel forever 1. After tired from day tour and get back to room lay down , the first thing i experience is something smelly , then i got up and saw my pillow got a chunk of meat stucking and oily stain , i wonder if they even change linen after check out , based on the smell it might be 2days over stuck there 2. The room got so many cockroach 3. Amenities like shampoo and body soap not filling out 4. No hot water , slightly warm water 5. Yes , as you bet for this cleanliness problem , i got bed bug bites , still persist and really itchy until now 4days passed .... 6. The hotel only got the most basic amenities , ghost tv with no channel 7. During my stay , it blackout 3times and what scary most , the electric panel box in 2407 room splash out electric so many times for 1-2sec , i wonder what happen if i try to open door immediately when blackout , i might be got struck by the electric , i wish i was recording that times , its really danger for the guest 8. First arrive at lobby , its blackout and all the hotel employee arguing loudly at lobby , with so many guest include us looking , not professional at all The only good thing from this hotel is 1. Luggage storage 24hours no hassle 2. The front desk staff friendly

Location was good. There is a nearby jollibee and McDonald’s. The room was spacious and clean

We are a group of 9 and booked 5 rooms. Upon check in we were told there will be NO HOT WATER (this issue been around for months - refer previous reviews). In the room there were no towels, mineral water or toilet paper. Upon complain it was quickly given. The cistern was not working and despite 3 complains it was unsuccessfully repaired. Breakfast was reviewed as horrible previously and this is double confirmed. Most of the food was COLD! And there were NO EGGS (no stock) on our first 2 days.. The only positive is the response was quick whenever we complain, though not always resolving the problem. Sincerely hope Management can resolve all these basic issues otherwise good luck to your biz operandi....
