設施：設施非常老舊，被子套和被芯是分離的，一整晚都沒睡好，廁所臟！ 衞生：衞生條件較差，不滿意！不符合舒適基本需求。 環境：環境非常差，周邊街道昏暗，房間，走廊都燈光昏暗，可怕！房間小。 服務：服務不行，入住等待時長超半小時，退房查房時長較長！ 總結：不建議入住！

Waterfront used to be our 'go to' every time we traveled here and while we plan to come back more now that the restrictions are lifted, we may be looking for other accommodations. Notably, it felt completely different than our pre-covid stay. Service used to be attentive and on the spot...now it seems distracted and unfocused on the customer. Food at breakfast was largely cold and not fresh and for what you're charging...everything should be fresh and warm, e.g. pancakes, fried eggs, bacon. Shocked that the one thing I couldn't wait to experience and share with my young children was the assortment of fruit, but there were no mangos....in the Philippines...no mangos. lol Lobby service seemed to be on their phones while we waited to catch someone's attention to order a drink. Everyone was polite, but the 'standard' seems to have fallen or relaxed considerably since our last stay. Facilities seemed a bit rundown as well. We booked a VIP suite and the carpets were wet upon arrival...apparently they had shampooed the carpets, but had not planned that far enough in advance to allow them to dry. The A/C was barely working in our room such that we were sweating at times in bed. I've had better stays....here and elsewhere.

The large windows in the room allowed natural light to pour in, giving the space a bright and airy feel. The view from my window was relaxing and refreshing, whether it was overlooking the cityscape or the lush green surroundings, depending on which side of the hotel you’re booked in. It’s the kind of setting where you can enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning while appreciating the peaceful environment. One thing I also appreciated was the strong and reliable Wi-Fi connection throughout the property. Whether I was in my room, in the lobby, or even by the pool area, I had no issues staying connected—a must-have for both business and leisure travelers nowadays. Speaking of the pool, the hotel’s outdoor swimming pool was a fantastic spot to unwind. It’s not overly large, but it’s well-maintained and perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of exploring. The poolside area is also a nice spot to relax with a book or simply soak up the sun.

Hotel was okay but it’s already a bit old. No bidet in the bathroom and housekeeping was a bit slow and didnt understand instructions well. But overall, my stay was pleasant and it was good

I love this hotels lobby and breakfast the best many food choices. Only the rooms toilet it’s still old no bedit. And need to call the plumber to properly flush it. I do hope they could change the toilet coz I love staying at this hotel. There’s Agwa bar and walking distance to IT park.

We booked the room specifically for the Sinulog 2025 celebration. Waterfront is really “at the center of it all”. The service was superb! We enjoyed our stay and we had yummy breakfast!

此次於聖誕節前入住，飯店大廳佈置的很有聖誕氣氛，宴會廳也充滿著參加派對的人。可能是假期期間，等候check in的時間很久，也因為飯店有一定年齡，房間內部中規中矩，沒有浴缸，蓮蓬頭也無法移動。 旁邊就是It park，此次早餐就去附近晃一下，很方便。
