房間對標國內如家漢庭等快捷酒店，反正國內賣不到這個價，但是在宿務正常價格了，酒店位置不錯，在SM對面，離機場，碼頭，麥哲倫十字架都不遠，是一個理想的中轉地，酒店早餐很差，幾乎沒什麼吃的。

飯店地點非常方便，對面巴士站可到機場，斜對面是SM商場方便逛街覓食，房間整體空間還算寬敞，淋浴水壓很足只差水温不夠熱，早餐中規中矩但咖啡不好喝，想喝咖啡飯店門口旁就有7-11。

櫃枱人不錯，原本朋友訂了吸煙房，寫信給飯店說沒有房間可以換成禁煙房，到了入住當天詢問櫃枱，櫃枱小姐姐幫我們查詢後更換成禁煙房，由於原本是兩天兩張訂單，（一天吸煙房一天禁煙房）隔天要再次辦理退房跟入住，也在小姊姊的幫助下，改成都住同一間房間，不用特別在退房入住一次。

Staying the hotel good and smooth check-in process. The provide slippers and tooth brush, water and coffee. Walking distance to SM City Mall. They provided free car park which is safe but not easy to park on the 4th or 5th floors. Breakfast is good but space is not big.

The hotel is about a 20-minute drive from Mactan airport. Right next to the hotel is the My Bus terminal, which is very convenient for travelers catching an early bus the next morning. The breakfast selection is not very extensive, and the taste is average. There is a 7-11 and an ATM right at the hotel entrance, which is very convenient.

Our experience at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk team was warm, attentive, and full of helpful recommendations. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and a tranquil atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. We particularly appreciated the high-quality amenities, including a well-equipped gym and a relaxing lounge area. Breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options, from fresh fruit and yogurt to hot dishes, all served in a bright, inviting space. The location was outstanding—close to major attractions, restaurants, and convenient transport links. The value for the price was excellent, and the level of service made us feel genuinely cared for. We would gladly stay here again on our next 永安.

Been here before and think its not as good as it was! Bed sheets seemed old and maybe not changed. Even though we got there early our room wasnt ready by 2pm. Staff are friendly and helpfull! Very close to SM which is main reason we stayed there.
