Hotel had decent breakfast with good variety although very tight seating arrangement. We had the suite room and it had a comfy bed but lacked the hairdryer and safety box which was said to be in the room. Nice feature to have a washing machine, we somehow failed to make the drier work but clean cloth sat least. The bathroom. Gets pretty wet when taking a shower by spilled water. Average stay, had better hotels at this price range. Receptionist had kind reminder to take all belonging like wallet passport though! 👍

位置很好，樓下有ATM、商場、711便利店，去市內主要的景區不算太遠，早餐也很豐盛（餐廳在門口邊上），但是酒店門口不太明顯有點難找，然後就是酒店的衞生打掃的比較一般，可能是因為開業時間比較早而且保養的不太注意，房間折損痕跡比較明顯，而且還有一些味道。

조식 나쁘지 않았고 빵종류가 많고 나쁘지 않은 수준입니다. 수영장있고 헬스장 있습니다 친절하십니다 접근성이 용이하여 지내기좋네요

I normally don’t write reviews but this one deserves one. First, we got in at 1 am. The air conditioning at the previous hotel we were staying at stopped working and the hotel couldn’t even provide a fan to help keep the room a little cooler. So we decided to check out and Citadines Cebu was the first choice base on location. As soon as we arrived, the room was pleasantly cold enough for our 17 month old to feel comfy (the kid likes to sleep cool). The breakfast was great. I honestly don’t know what people are expecting sometimes. It had about everything you may want. It was a great selection of different foods. Overall, I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

房間的免費礦泉水是一個塑料水壺，號稱環保，然而，首先連蒙帶猜找半天才知道那是免費飲用水，其次出水口被質量很差的塑料包裹，不是幸好帶了修眉刀根本打不開；房間很多插頭，甚至直接有USB接口，然而，真正能工作的衹有一個；房間的LG智能電視還算新，然而，沒有連上網絡沒有毛線作用。 我一個小同事房間的衞生間裏抽煙，煙蒂沒有完全被馬桶水沖掉，被罰25000菲律賓比索，那位服務員提着賬單來找人時笑意都有點藏不住

All staff are soooo friendly. Always greets you with a smile and sincere attitude. Fixtures are of excellent standard. We were able to cook. We were supplied with ample drinking water for our entire stay. We are very pleased with the service. Pool is of good size and very very clean. No smell of chlorine or strong chemicals. There is Robinsons on the ground for all grocery essentials and Abaca Baking is a plus. We will definitely come back. Kudos to all the staff for the warm welcome and excellent service!
