The staff is great from doorman, check-in to breakfast/restaurant. Very friendly and warm. They treat you with sincere respect. The rooms are very clean with amenities and towles never missing. For breakfast, they offer a wide range of food and variety. I didn't get tired even after 4 breakfasts. Location is awesome, too. Basically attached to the mall, every kind of food (Jollibee to yakiniku and high-end pancake place) is within 3-5 minute walking distance. Sugbo Mercado is 3 minutes away on foot. Simply the best in the area.

한국인 2명, 내돈내산!! 총평 ~깔끔하고 편하고 친절하고 좋았음~ 1. 필리핀 수질 안좋다고 해서 샤워기 필터 챙겨갔는데 변한게 거의없었음 2. 조식도 깔끔하고 맛있었음 3. 루프탑 수영장이 있어서 좋았음 4. 12시 퇴실인 것도 좋았음 5. 짐도 맡겨주고 직원들 친절함(팁 바라고 행동하는 과한 친절 안좋아하는데 적절한 친절이었음) 6. 일단 아얄라랑 접근성 넘사; ~담에 또오면 여기 묵을듯~

아얄라몰과 연결되어잇고 바로 앞에 야시장이 있어 최고의 상권. 그러나 사진보다 훨씬 좁은 객실과 수영장, 서비스와 친절도 별로, 트립닷컴을 통한 요청사항 확인 안함. 시설 및 청결은 평범한 편. 전체적으로 습하고 눅눅함. 중간중간 새벽에 정전있었슴. 헤어드라이기 고장나있고, 다음 여행때는 세부시티에서 머물거나 또 이 호텔이 머물지는 않을듯.

Awesome hotel and an awesome location right in the shopping mall very friendly staff , good selection of food available on the buffet . Jim is a little small, but it’s okay. Swimming pool is Amazing on rooftop . 10/10 - eliezer is the Absolute best and friendliest waiter in restaurant that i have ever experienced. Hats off to you sir. Keep up the awesome work and you will rise to the top 👍

Booked an overnight stay with Seda, was a fantastic experience. The staff were attentive and professional. Rooms were spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet available was delicious with a variety of selection available both western and pinoy friendly, my personal favourite was the salad bar. I enjoyed using the views from the rooftop bar at night, and using the private entrance attached to the mall. Seda is mine, and my husbands number one choice when staying Cebu City. 5/5 stars

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sede Bloc Hotel in Cebu, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by warm and friendly staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable throughout my stay. Their genuine hospitality truly added to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel. The room I stayed in was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. It had all the basic amenities I needed, and the bed was very comfortable—perfect after a long day of exploring the city. One of the best things about Sede Bloc Hotel is its convenient location. It’s situated within walking distance of several malls and popular establishments, making it incredibly easy to shop, dine, or just stroll around the area. Whether you’re visiting Cebu for business or leisure, you’ll appreciate the accessibility and vibrant surroundings. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Sede Bloc Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay in Cebu. I would definitely return on my next visit!
