The hotel has been around for decades now but is still decently maintained. The hotel is a few minutes away to some business & entertainment districts. The roo & pool m is good. The gym facilities are still working decently. The staff are also friendly & helpful. They were able to assist me & address my concerns.

飯店房間比較傳統一般，浴室浴巾只有提供一人一條，無多餘的小毛巾或毛巾可使用，有點少，但洗澡的水量很大很不錯～飯店旁邊就有7-11很方便，搭Grab到AYALA MALL大約10～15分鐘左右，算蠻近的

We have 4 rooms booked under different names. We were very unfortunate that we arrived in cebu around 6am but our check in time is around 2pm. We came back at 2pm and the reception was full of guests and some were complaining as well. The receptionist told me to sit down and wait. An hour has passed but still no room for us. They key was handed to us around 8pm. No apologies. We stayed for 3nights. When we request for late check out around 4pm since they didnt gave us the room on time the receptionist were not flexible enough and mentioned that hotel policy is after 3pm need to pay extra rate of half a day. On the same day, my friend had bad experience as well, he booked the suite room but they mistaken and gave the family room which is not acceptible. The hotel made a mistake but insist that my friend book the wrong room. I was not able to take photos. The rooms are dirty and bathrooms have cockroaches, beddings were stained even if i ask to change the beddings still stained. The towels were dirty white in color. For other guests who may wish to stay you just see it for yourself. I saw alot of hotels that are cheaper yet better.

Our room was quite spacious. I love it. But there’s no hair dryer. The breakfast is as good but it would be nice if they add some Philippine dishes like langonisa or chorezo.
