Had a great stay, just near VFS biometrics center for Australian visa. Enjoyed their buffet breakfast for an affordable price. Staff were all helpful and friendly. We’ ll surely recommend the place.

I loved my room. It was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The shower had great hot water and strong pressure, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the AC worked well. Most of the staff were attentive and helpful, except at the front desk, which was disappointing. Check-in was at 2 pm. Instead of waiting in the lobby, I let them know I would be at the café and asked to be informed once my room was ready. However, even after 2 pm, I had to return to the lobby myself and still wait before the room was given to me. During check-out, I checked out early and was told to take a seat while they processed my deposit. I waited 30 minutes, and if I hadn’t followed up again, I believe I would have waited even longer as they seemed to have completely forgotten I was waiting. Aside from these front desk issues, the rest of my stay was terrific.

The location of the hotel is convenient, and a few members of the staff were courteous. However, my overall experience was disappointing. Guests staying on the lower floors should be aware that outside noise, including conversations from the street, can be clearly heard inside the room. Unfortunately, requesting a room change due to this issue comes with an extra charge. Additionally, the shower head was unclean and showed signs of poor maintenance. The pillows provided were noticeably old and stained, which was quite unpleasant. In my friend’s room, the air conditioning unit was not functioning properly. Although we requested extra fans to help with the heat, only one was made available. Overall, the quality of the facilities and the level of service do not justify the high price.

I stayed here so that I will not be late for my Japan visa appointment. It’s very near to the VFS office (just across the road). I checked in very late, but was accommodated right away. The room was clean, spacious, and complete with amenities. Puregold and Robinsons are nearby for any last minute buys like food and supplies. You will never run out of places to eat. The staff were friendly, polite, and prompt with their service. I highly recommend this hotel for short business stays.

This is not my first time staying at this hotel, and overall, the location and price are acceptable. However, there’s an issue that has become increasingly frustrating, and I hope something can be done about it in the future. During my first stay, I noticed the hotel advertised a mini refrigerator in the room, which was a nice feature. Unfortunately, I found there was no mini refrigerator in the room when I arrived. I didn't make a fuss about it, assuming it was an oversight or perhaps not included in the room type I had booked. On my second visit, I specifically asked the front desk at check-in whether the room had a mini refrigerator, to which they assured me, "Yes, sir," it was equipped with one. I was pleased to hear this, expecting a positive change. When I entered my room, I found the mini refrigerator and noticed that it was running—at least the indicator light was on. I placed one of the complimentary water bottles inside, thinking I might want something cold later. However, in the middle of the night, when I woke up, I checked the water to see if it had cooled down after several hours. To my disappointment, although the mini refrigerator was on and the indicator light was lit, I didn’t hear the usual compressor sound that signals it was actually cooling. I even checked the temperature settings, which were set to the maximum, confirming my suspicion that the refrigerator wasn’t functioning properly. It seemed to be there for show, rather than providing the service that was advertised. When I checked out, I made sure to inform the front desk about my experience, both during this stay and the previous one. Moving forward, I’ll be more proactive in asking for assistance from the front desk if the mini refrigerator continues to be a problem. If this equipment isn’t functioning, it might be better not to advertise it as a feature at all, so guests aren’t misled into thinking they’re receiving something they’re not.

The hotel is a bit of dilapidated but still nice needs some renovation done.

お手頃な価格なのにそこそこ広さのあり、清潔感のあるお部屋でした。 ホテルのすぐ隣にスーパーがあり、近隣にはたくさんの飲食店があります。コンビニまでは少し距離がありますが徒歩圏內です。大きなモールまではタクシー利用となりますが、値段を考えると十分許容範囲です。 ホテルの目の前は交通量の多い道路なので騒音がどうなのか心配でしたが、部屋の中で外の騒音については全く気になりませんでした。 バスルームは少し古さを感じますが、フィリピンでは珍しくバスタブがありました。 受付の方の対応もよく、機會があればまた利用したいです。

My stay at Citipark Hotel was great. The staff are friendly and the guards are kind and helpful. Who would have thought that I can get and stay at a comfortable room for an affordable price. I would love to stay here again next time.

the place is just out a bit from the city center but it is jst beside the road, a few japanese restaurant in the area, burger king and jollibee is also a walking distance. the staff are friendly they will let you checkin an hour early but very strick on check out. I ask to clean my room while I was away early but when I return about 11:30 still not clean and they cane around 2 pm already I was in the room and resting so just refuse to let them in. bed is good firm and soft pillow with heavy blanket. AC is working somehow I heard water dropping from the top I think its from the other aircon drain. string water pressure had a hot water its just take a while before it get hot. had a bedit and kettle.
