宿務伊麗莎白酒店 (Hotel Elizabeth Cebu)

一進房間有很濃重的味道，開窗一個多小時都不管用，後與前台溝通，服務員並未表示關切，而是好像什麼事情都沒發生一樣有説有笑繼續聊天，在我們再次強烈要求下，更換了房間，洗手間水箱漏水嚴重，浴簾非常不乾淨，一股潮濕的味道 ，地毯也很臟，總之價格和服務，房間的衞生極為不符，

근처에 아얄라몰 있는 게 장점이고 나머지는 다 단점이에요. 혹시 샤워필터 챙겨가시는 분들 고정타입이고 일반적인 샤워헤드랑 달리서 사용 못하세요.

1.위치 아얄라몰에서 도보 10분 이내 2.서비스 크게 없으나 직접 이메일연락 트립닷컴으로 연락시도시 연락없음. 가서 물어보니 마닐라 본사에서 답을 안했다 함 3.가성비 .굿 세부 가격이 너무 올라 레디슨블루가 2~30 하는 어이 없는 상황에서 퀄리티 대비 가격 좋음

I'm sorry, but the musty carpet smell ruined my experience. It smells as if the hotel hasn't shampooed the carpets in 20 years. I asked to change rooms the first night, but that didn't make much difference. Such a small room window meant that I couldn't air out the room. The smell was so fetid, that I'd cover my nose with the bed linen just to sleep. I was tempted to sleep in the bathroom where there was no carpet, or even just book another hotel. I can't recommend this hotel to anyone, and I won't be returning unless they remove or replace the carpet, as I doubt even a shampoo job would remove odour this bad. They've had complaints about the carpet before, so I can't see this happening. And that's a shame, because the decent interior design and amenities provided is on par with that of a 4 or 5 star hotel. It's too bad the hotel managers will scare off potential guests just to save costs on shampooing carpets. I can't always say positive things about the service, either. While the staff are polite, I'd ask them to fix my safety deposit box while I was out and it never happened. I'd have to keep reminding them to supply me with water, a little cumbersome since I really didn't have a direct way of communicating to housekeeping. There was a phone line, but calls weren't answered. Regarding location, you'd think it's a prime location given its proximity to Ayala Mall. Just be warned that the hotel is positioned between major traffic jams (see the photo). These traffic jams didn't just occur during peak hours, either. Otherwise, the rooms weren't as noisy as it looks.

地理位置比較優越，邊上就是阿亞拉商場，房間不錯，但賓館設施缺少游泳池等設施，比周邊同價位賓館少設施

Nice view. Good Breakfast. Nice Hotel and rooms. But during our stay, the phone line in our room is not working and the bidet is not working properly, but no big deal. We still enjoyed our stay 😊

友達と3人でエグゼクティブスイートに3泊しました。 11階で眺めも良く、何よりもトイレが2つ、シャワー2つで１つにはバスタブ付きで、入浴時や身支度の混雑がなく快適でした。ホテルは築年數が経っているようでしたが、清掃もきれいにされておりました。 スタッフさんも丁寧に対応してくださり、セブ旅行が最高な旅になりました。 ありがとうございました。

The room were amazing we stay a Jr suit on the 8th floor and the executive room on the 11th the hotel it self is not very big perfect if your a bit of a introvert person . Ok WiFi on the 3 floor and great WiFi on the 11th also the was steaming hot if I wanted that hot . The life band were good and the buffet was good they changed the food every day ,( example chicken curry one day then chicken adobo) best and worst part in my opinion No pool Best part was the location There also a karaoke rooms for rent with food and drinks service

The location is perfect right beside malls, convenient stores, spas and coffee shops. The staffs are okay, although I didn't like the night shift guard on the parking area - he's tone is very sarcastic. The foods were good, not that wow. It ia good for business 永安 but not for leisure since they don't really have an amenities where you can enjoy staycation like a swimming pool. But overall it's a good experience.
