Needs staff training. Most are good if not great, but the few who need it show up easily. I have stayed there on and off including weeks and/or a month at a time since 2008. This was not up to the old standard from my previous stay.

MP peeps are accommodating including the hotel nurse who’s very kind and approachable when i had a finger cut. Breakfast’s good! Had fun at the pool and gym area as well.

Our family had a wonderful experience! We were truly impressed by the fantastic location, the comfort and cleanliness of our room, the delicious food offerings, and the inviting pool. In fact, we enjoyed every single aspect of our stay – it was simply the best!

1、酒店位置周圍沒什麼設施，度假型酒店，附近幹啥都不方便。 2、入住第一天，一會停電一會來電，嚇人，後來就好了。 3、酒店唯一還行的就是早餐，還是比較豐富的。 4、酒店泳池開放時間比較長6-22，這個還比較友好。 5、酒店門口也不會經常有taxi，所以可能需要grab，不過garb一般比打車貴。 6、設施很陳舊，沒有保險櫃（有標識説有的），近貧民窟，酒店位置在一個半山腰似的。 7、馬桶壞了都不換，另外安裝一個廉價的將就。 8、入住當天洗髮水和沐浴露都空了，酒店也不知道。 9、槽點太多，十分不推薦，性價比很低。

One of my families favorite hotel in cebu. The room,lounge and even the whole hotel was so clean and fresh. Staffs are with good service, the food was really goo too. We loved staying here. Overall 10/10.

We enjoyed our stay in Marco Polo Hotel. The room is always clean and its very spacious. The airconditioning unjt is also good... My daughter loves the pool she enjoyed swimming! The staff are very polite and accommodating. We would love to stay there when we go back to cebu next time.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We did get to use the hotel’s gym and pool. Breakfast was okay. They also upgraded our room to seaview for free 😍 thank you marco polo and your awesome team. Will definitely book a room here again soon.
