I stayed 3 nights. First of all, check in time was quite slow. The officer asked some questions which are not important. When I entered my room, the smell was too fragrant that makes staying not enjoyable. The next day when I back to my room, the way the housekeeping cleaned my room not the same as the first day I came. For example, the water jug cap is opened, both mug were opened (while I only use 1 of them). Breakfast have lots of varieties but keeping the same everyday so if you stay long, it's a bit boring. The hotel is opposite mall, but for me it's quite crowded so you cannot have morning walk, while the hotel gym was small and so was the swimming pool. If you ordered food online, the driver also cannot drop to security near lobby but at hotel side. While if it's raining, it will be troublesome.

Kmr mandi tidak bersih. Handuk bau. Gantungan baju dikmr mandi sangat kurang. Dilorong lantai 8 bau rokok. Kunci akses diksh 1, menyulitkan kalau mau keluar2, minta kunci akses lebih hrs deposit 100ribu. Kmr tidak kedap sehingga tetangga klo tutup pintu sgt mengganggu kalau malam. Yg service ok cuma bpk2 yg valet parlking ＜dopan, ramah, helpfull bgt＞. Terimah kasih byk bapak yg parkirin mobil sy 🙏🙏🙏

Location was perfect for the purpose of our 永安 to Bogor. Staff are all very friendly and polite; however, daily room cleaning was basic and breakfast service, particularly resetting tables and clearing away was poor. If you’re a westerner, you will have to ask for a knife every breakfast time! Breakfast food was good but spoilt by the fact the lids on the food warmers were kept open and so the food was not hot. Room service food was great quality and cheap. Bizarrely, you could order food 24/7 but not drink. Recommend the all you can eat dimsum on Saturday lunchtime - lots of food and drink for a very low price. Rooftop pool was a great facility, but sometimes overran with kids. Bit of a mixed review but would definitely stay here again as overall was great value for money.

Awalnya penasaran sama hotel ini, coba dipesan untuk acara kantor. Hotelnya bersih dan sebelahan dengan mall. Jdi akses mudah kalau bosan di kamar. Sarapannya lengkap dari western sampe tradisional. Rekomen sih kalau untuk sarapan.

The staff very helpful and friendly i asked to upgrade my room into suite, and they provide it with the extra cost thats affordable, what need to improve is the taste and quality of their breakfast, the rice is not moist and quite hard and dried and the variety is not too much, and also you need to fixed the gym equipment you only provide 3 tools and one of them is broken

Tempat sangat strategis, dekat exit tol, dekat mall, dan dekat kebun raya bogor. Fasilitas memuaskan hanya saja sinyal wifi sedikit buruk dan suara dari kamar lain terdengar hingga dalam kamar. Menu sarapan bervariasi dan lezat, kolam renang bersih, pemandangan indah.

Bagus lokasinya mendukung tinggal nyebrang kemall Kemana mana enak. Cuma untuk wifi lelet dan buruk jd susah untuk buka sosial media, untuk lantai 10 dan sinyal pun hilang. Untuk sarapan enak kamarnya nyaman dan pelayanan nya juga good
