It has quite good parking space as compared to other budget hotels at Bogor. Stayed here for our 永安 to Taman Safari Bogor. Room was nice, slightly huge, bed was fine, everything was perfect for a perfect one night stay. Would definitely recommend it!

Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I immediately felt at home. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep every night. I also appreciated the attention to detail in the room design and cleanliness. The location of the hotel was perfect – close to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices, and the service at the restaurant was excellent. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back again!

Staff yg ramah dan membantu, area parkiran kecil tetapi dibantu staff untuk parkir dan free vallet, saat masuk hotel wangi dan tersedia welcome drink, proses check in cepat dan mudah tanpa deposit, kolamnya luas dan airnya cukup hangat setidaknya kalau berenang pagi pagi tidak akan begitu dingin, amenities lengkap hanya sayang saja toilet dan shower terpisah ruangannya

Kamar mandinya pembuangan aernya kayanya harus diperbaiki supaya aer lancar turunnya, dapet kamar 2017 AC nya bocor harap segera diperbaiki.. Yang laennya OK, ada circle K juga 24 jam enak ga perlu keluar hotel.

When i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an 永安 travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an 永安. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well. hotel rekomen di bogor kota, ada valet parking gratis, pelayanan oke, minta ini itu disiapin semua, fasilitas begini untuk istri ulang tahun disiapin semuanya dengan gratis, terima kasih whiz prime sukses terus🔥🔥😍 udah ketiga kalinya kesini gada bosennya, cuma yg kurang sarapannya aja, masakannya kurang berasa bumbunya

Absolutely will stay here again!!!!! Love banget sama hotelnya, Lokasi, kolam renang, kamarnya mungil tapi ga sempit 😍. Request view hadap gunung, posisi depan jalan raya persis, cantik banget pas sunrise 😭. Ga ambil breakfast, karena plannya mau kuliner pagi ke area Taman Kencana. 1 aja minusnya, kmrn stay di 9**9 ga ada double locknya, tapi so far aman, tapi baiknya diganti lockcasenya. Kolam renangnya ga besar tapi nyaman gitu, airnya jg ga hangat tapi ga dingin, seger aja berenang malam pun ga kedinginan ❤️❤️❤️. Next bila ada kesempatan, akan stay lagi disini 😍

untuk pelayanan sudah oke, mungkin agak di tingkatkan sedikit lagi untuk cleanliness nyaa biar nyaman juga di room, dan mungkin linen juga jgn yg bekas tamu sebelumnya, untungnya kami cek dan akhirnya di ganti linen baru. Hanya kebersihannya saja 🙏🏻
