I'm not sure how this hotel is considered a 4 start hotel. Although the customer service was nice but overall I had a horrible experience. When I got to the room, the bathroom was not clean, and I wish I had taken photos. The AC was not working. We contacted reception to come and fix it. At 2 a.m., while I was sleeping, I woke up sweating from the heat even though I had the AC on. Turned out the electricity was turned off and again I had to contact reception again. They came and fixed it. Up until then, I hadn't even said anything. When I got back to the hotel room on the same day, the door keypad was not working. I went down to reception to get another keypad, which opened the door but was not working for the electricity. I contacted service again and they came and suggested we go to another room. In the second room, we also had several issues. Our bathroom door was locked unexpectedly, the phone was not working, and the bidet screw was broken. Unfortunately, that's such a disappointment. Will never go back there and definitely do not recommend it.

Service can improve, including breakfast. Also, food should always be covered. Housekeeping should not open the door while guests are inside. Knock, listen, and wait. The mattress quality was substandard, and needed a room change. However, the dust or smell of cigarettes lingered around the carpets. Do a full vacuum cleaning service.

Datang kesini karna staycation. Pilih pilih daerah Bogor Kota pas lihat hotel ini di maps strategis banget kalo jalan bentar udah ketemu jalan rayanya bogor dimana ada banyak toko oleh2 yg hanya tinggal jalan kaki aja. Ada roti unyil Venus, chocomory selain itu tempat kulinerannya jg banyak jadi yg cm tinggal jalan kaki. Seru jg utk di dalam hotelnya, ada kolam renang ramah anak. Makanannya variatif dan cukup enak utk dinikmati. Sayangnya kamar berbau nikotin banget deh kalo ga dipakai AC baunya berasa apalagi kalo habis dari luar jadi musti buka jendela kamar dulu biar ada sirkulasi udara but so far worth it dengan sekitaran hotel dan fasilitas lainnya 😇

Over All Hotelnya bagus, bersih dan konsepnya Modern clasic, banyak tempat makan dan coffee shop sekitar hotel, hanya kurangnya kasur dan bantal kurang empuk, untuk harga segitu pelayanan ramah, check-in jam 12.30 dan kamar saya di upgrade ,saat itu saya tidak pakai sarapan karena setting buat kulineran di bogor jadi tidak ada comment untuk makanan, next time akan menginap disana lagi Terimakasih The Mirah😊😊

Tempatnya bagus, bersih, damai, tapi sayang dapet kamar yg di lt 3 yg ganjil itu pemandangan teras nya gk banget karna ada rumah kosong terbengkalai jadi serem. Klo mau pesen yg lt 4 atau lt 3 yg genap
