Hotel and room condition is too bad. Smelly odour with fungus on walls. Terrible experience. Ghatiya hotel money waste.

The hotel and the rooms were not upto the standards and full of rubish. As an nri not satisfied. I didn't stay there even for one day i tried to contact your customer care many times by phone and even though e mail, no one responded me to get a refund.

There is no hot water. Delhi hai yea it is cold here. Hot water is important for bathing here. But your choice of hotel is wrong. Call me. I have a complaint about this hotel

Worst experience ever! Stay away from this property! I almost missed my flight because the cab driver couldn’t get into the area due to night security issues; all the gates were locked. I ended up spending 50 minutes looking for a cab from the nearest metro station after dragging my suitcases for a kilometer, and then I had to take an autorickshaw for ₹100 just to get to the pickup point. I even asked the receptionist about cab pickups well in advance the evening before!

The stay has been terrible. There is a constant foul smell in the room, making it hard to tolerate. There is no ventilation, and the bedsheets, pillow covers, and everything else are unclean. The bathroom is very untidy, and they didn't provide any bathroom accessories. There is no water in the room, and there is no geyser in the bathroom. How can anyone manage this during the winter? the only facility provided was wi-fi. I dont have any images
