Photo and real is so different & due to high money charge to facilty very dirty smell un comfrt ...plz forget this hotel

My stay is horrible in hotel royal afgan pillows are very dirty and smelly room are very bad organized and smelly lift is not working and i stuck up in lift for half an hour. Chairs are very dirty

Staff were very unhelpful. We had a flight later in the evening and requested them to keep the luggage for a few hours in store or at reception but the reception guy asked for an additional 1000 rs. He was extremely rude and unprofessional

No proper reception area, very small room not worth room rent, no early check in facility. We had to wait in small chairs under hot condition ***** with my kids.

Room was absolutely shabby with broken window and damp wall on one side. Quilt covers were stained and were foul smelling. We couldn't sleep the whole night. Room and bathroom, both were untidy. Stained mug and bucket. It was absolutely disgusting to stay at this completely un-royal hotel!
