No food available inside, floor was so dirty, hot water was not there,staff was not trained..just open hotel but not aware about management of the hotel ..better to spend night at airport railway station or even bus station was also better then this..

toiletry not provided, they don't have towels, they don't have cool water, handwash, soap and basic washroom need not available in washroom.

非常差的旅店，上面寫到凌晨六點都能夠checkin ,但是當我到酒店的時候門是關的，我凌晨三點多到酒店，外面的天氣很冷我幾乎罰站了兩個小時無法找到人幫我checkin , 到了快五點終於有人回應，然後跟我說酒店房間已經滿了，結果把我送到另一間酒店。

Did-not allow to enter at 8 am in the morning on 25th november 2024 although the booking was till 11 am on 25th november 2024 and they told u can not check in after 6 am

I had booked the hotel for my parents. They did not allowed us to check in today at 8 am even though room is booked till 11 am in the morning. We had recieved a call wherein we confirmed that we will reach by 8 in the morning. None of the managers were available and the attending staff was rude. I want my money back.

It was not the same as shown on their photos, the room was given different at the time of chedk inn and asking the same to reception guy, he was like”bhaiya jaise photo me i dikhta h waise thodi hot a h”, felt very shady. Not recommended for family people who are with their partners or children. Not at all good vibe.
