The location is convenient, and the staff is polite, but the rooms lack cleanliness, with dust and stained sheets. Comfort is minimal, with a firm bed and thin pillows, while thin walls make noise an issue. Wi-Fi is slow, and basic amenities like complimentary water are missing. Overall, it’s a budget-friendly choice but not ideal for a relaxing stay.

In the karol baug area finding such a hotel with less price is difficult. Ac remote is not available, ac is set at temperature 17-19 degree celsius. I told them at reception and they told me that they will come but no one came to change the temperature. In map ot os showing hotel apra inn and hotel apra international in make my 永安 but hotel apra inn does not exist. It is demolished. I would say the hotel average but keeping in mind the rate in such a porsh area i say it is good and gave 4 star rating

It is the worst hotel to stay with your family. The behaviour of the staff is very rude and arrogant. We need to change rooms 3 times in the hotel and the staff was acting like we were their enemies. They did not provide even basic necessities like towels, breakfast, tea etc.
