This hotel is really bad! Had a very bad experience with the lack of customer-centric staff at this hotel. To start of with, this hotel is 2* at most if not lower. When I had arrived, the receptionist told me I did not have a booking despite booking and receiving my booking confirmation from 永安 well in advance of my 永安 (weeks before). Then after going back and forth and providing my details, suddenly my booking had appear on another website (MakeMy永安) of which they said they dont usually check it so they are unaware of my booking (clearly not my fault). Then I had to waitttttttttt for them to prepare my room of which they gave me a suite but kept mentioning it wont be for long as they are preparing. Half hour became an hour became an hour in the half waiting. In the "waiting suite room", no towels were provided for us to shower, WIFI password was never shared once and was super protected like it had connectivity to the Government offices and the underqualified staff forced me to pass my phone to him to enter the password. Then the biggest draw of them all, HOT water is not available via shower/from the top. Its a freaking bucket/pail from another tap for it which that too I had to keep calling the reception to get it "activated". The underqualified staff had the odds to tell me all hotels in India is such which is utter ridiculous. All in all, I am sharing my experience with potential guests as I am a foreigner who did indept research before flying over to India and staying here and the summary would be, their reviews seem extremely scammish and they are not great at anything. Location is in an alley where your car may not be able to stop for long. Be prepared for honks all day and night if you stay here. Ajmal Khan road for shopping is about 18-20 mins walk which is OK. Breakfast was very very poor. It basically had nothing worth shouting or mentioning bout. Karol Bagh has plenty of hotels, plenty are good but this is not. Dont make the mistake I did.

The location was easy to find on google maps, but the actual hotel was probably one of the worst hotels i've stayed in. We chose a deluxe room for 2 adults and a child, which seemed pretty size-able in the pictures but when we actually saw the room it was so tiny, with hardly any space to move around or store our things. The sheets were always dirty, despite having room service come in. There was an iron box mark on the sheets so we asked them to change it while we headed out but when we go-he t back, upon closer inspection, we realised they'd just turned the same sheet upside down so we wouldn't notice. The food is "edible" and that's using the word loosely. The elevator stopped working the night after we checked in, much to our dismay as we were staying on the 4th floor. We spent 5 days climbing these terribly designed deathtraps of stairs to get to our room every day, which left us exhausted and annoyed, certainly not the feeling you want when you've spent the kind of money we did for basic amenities. The worst display of humanity was when it rained here, and the glass ceiling started to leak all over the breakfast buffet but they didn't lift a finger to remedy the situation. We lost our appetite then and there and went out in a foul mood. The washroom is sub-par at best, and the room service takes hours to respond to basic requests. The fridge wasn't working, and when it worked, it froze our water, making it difficult to keep things cool in this unforgiving heat. We hypothesis e that the issues lie with the owner(s) and not the staff, as they are only doing what they're told and working with what they've been giving. The owner(s) are least interested in providing quality and basic amenities. This was a terrible way to experience delhi, and i would never recommend this to anyone. Please stay far away from this place.

Room & bathroom are clean. Ac working in good condition. Staff behavior is also nice. Recommend you for family or couple stay. Plus point of this hotel is - its location.

Room was not clean. There was a loud noise, i could not sleep due to it. Had to walk to hotel as the approach was not accessible by cab.

There were bed bugs (khatmal) in my bed and it was a struggle to manage to sleep, taps of bathroom were leaking, the hotel lies on a congested street the sound of traffic was inside the room which was disturbing to take a good nap, i stayed in room no. 101, booked it for 2 days, sleeping on a bed full of bed bugs was threatning, irritating.
