Location is great if you want to stay in Karol Bagh, rooms are decent but showers could be better. Staff are very nice but breakfast and breakfast room could be much better

the hotel's service was overall good. the staff from reception, restaurant were courteous and extended all required services. food was excellent. i had late dinner , on the day of my arrival and breakfast on all days of my stay period there. the washroom where i stayed require improvement. thank you makemy永安 and jewelplace officials. 👍🙏💐

I paid for the room and hotel manager denied us for check in because they say its non couple friendly.
I paid the whole amount and they said to cancel and will get the refund
i immediately cancelled the booking but the manager was so rude
they fought with us at night and tend to boom from hotel rather than any 3rd party website
this was all of a bluff done by hotel manager at yesterdays night shift
they completed the booking but i didnt stayed there and the money was not refunded
kindly help to refund the amount ,
