انتبه الي بيسكن في الفندق ذا نسيت عندهم ساعه ورجعت اخذها وخلوتي انتظر ساعه في اللوبي وبعدها جاء الرسبشن قال مهي في وانا متاكد اني نسيتها عندهم لاتنسون شي عندهم وكمان الغرفه مكيفاتها سيئه جدآ

My recent stay at The Acacia Hotel & Resort Jakarta was extremely disappointing. The room was in unacceptable condition: the light was broken, there were ants and cockroaches, the bedsheets were dirty, and the bathroom was very unclean — totally unacceptable, especially for a Muslim guest who needs proper cleanliness. On top of that, I booked and paid for a King Size bed, but I was given a small single bed instead. The hotel failed to provide a clean, comfortable room, and 永安 did not resolve the issue during my 2-night stay. This experience was far below the 4-star standard advertised.

I stayed here for 4 nights, honestly, it was a disappointing experience. The hotel feels very old and poorly maintained. The AC was slow to cool, the water heater took a long time to get hot, and the bathroom water trap drained very slowly. The amenities provided were like those of a budget hotel, basic bathing kits only. The pool was under renovation, so there was nothing to enjoy there, and the breakfast was very average. What made it worse, the breakfast area was dirty, tables were not cleaned properly, and the staff seemed too slow or unwilling to clear up before the next guest sat down. This gave a very unhygienic impression. The hotel hallways were also dirty, with stained and poorly maintained floors leading to the rooms, which made the whole place feel neglected. The staff in general were not friendly, and their unwelcoming attitude was quite obvious. The bed sheets had stains, the towels looked yellowish, and the TV was outdated with very limited channels. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. There are far better options in Jakarta for the same price or less.

Hotel is in central Jakarta, great for business and travel. Room is big, nice and comfy place to be.

interior lobby are nice and clean. but not in room. for 1st night i found 3 cockroaches, i asked for cleaning next morning but they just clean the bed sheet. not the floor.. so ive to complaint again about the cleanness. 2nd night the hotel r blackout except for lobby. but they didnt tell us how many hours to wait. ive to call FO to check, luckily can call them. too bad cus didn’t receive any apology from them. concierge team r nice.

hotel ini ternyata, hotel yang agak lama dan di moderenisasi / renovasi, masih ada elemen2 lama nya. letak hotel nya strategis di tengah kota jakarta. sayang nya saya dapat kamar yg agak ada semut nya. naro makanan, 30menit kemudian datang si semut. tapi kamar hotel nya luas, kamar mandi nya juga luas. oiya di kamar mandi nya juga kadang ketemu kecoa kecil. mungkin gara2 lantai kamar saya kurang tinggi (lantai 4), minta pindah lantai saat itu juga kata nya lagi penuh, yang connecting room tinggal itu. makanan breakfast enak-enak, cuma gak ada sosis. shower kamar mandi nya enak kencang hangat stabil. ga ada bau nya aneh2. ac kamar nya pelan, kadang terasa kurang dingin. secara keseluruhan cukup bagus lah, di harga yang saya dapat. sekian, makasi banyak.
