청결상태 안좋음 시설이 많이 노후되고 침구가 오래되서 흰색깔이 회색이다. 수건도 마찬가지이다. 가성비도 별로이다. 가까이 있는 펜네슐라 호텔이 좋은것 같다. 다음에는 선택을 안할것이다

Hotel yang sangat strategis, deket kimia farma, indo alfa, sarapannya enak, ac nya dingin, sepertinya dulu hotel bagus krn ada tempat kulkasnya..tapi skr udh ga ada. Rail gorden ada yg lepas, smoga segera diperbaiki yaaa..

Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam. Leider war das Zimmer schmutzig, das Bad und das Waschbecken im Zimmer schimmelten. Die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher hatten Flecken und wurde trotz Info nicht gewechselt. Auf dem Gang vor unserem Zimmer stand 3 Tage lang das gleiche schmutzige Geschirr. Ich kann es nicht wirklich empfehlen. Es geht auch sauberer in dieser Preisklasse.

這次入住的體驗非常失望。房間設備老舊且維護不佳，與網路上的照片完全不符。桌子邊緣嚴重剝落、椅子皮革破損髒污，空調外觀發黃、堆滿灰塵，房門與鎖具也明顯老舊鬆動。廁所的磁磚破裂、邊角脱落，看起來長時間未維修，讓人感覺不衞生也不安全。 我向飯店反映以上問題並表示希望退房，但工作人員並未積極協助，反而讓退房過程變得非常困難與不愉快。整體感受非常糟糕，完全不符合該品牌應有的水準。 以這樣的環境和服務態度，不建議任何旅客入住。希望飯店能正視問題，儘快整修與改善。 My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was old, poorly maintained, and completely different from the photos online. The desk was badly chipped, the chair’s leather was cracked and dirty, the air conditioner was yellowed and covered in dust, and the door lock was worn and loose. The bathroom tiles were broken and chipped, making the place feel unsafe and unhygienic. When I reported these issues to the staff and requested to check out early, they were unhelpful and made the process unnecessarily difficult and unpleasant. This experience was far below the standards expected from a hotel of this brand. With such poor maintenance and service, I do not recommend staying here. I sincerely hope the management will take this feedback seriously and make proper renovations soon.

從6樓換到4樓，外機噪音小了點，冰箱也好使了…其它都是一樣的。服務好，衞生太一般，被罩和床單比都快成黑了…設施破舊，翻個身床響…
