住了四晚體驗非常差不是一般的差 ①首先，前兩晚一樓大堂在裝修，臨時大堂安排在六樓，一樓大堂左邊裝修的用餐區右邊一個銀行在裝修，甲醛味極重一進大樓刺鼻的甲醛味兒讓人極度不適 ②其次，房間很小，官方標示22平米，其實根本沒有那麼大，牀頭櫃挨着大柱子梳子牙刷什麼的直接都很差為什麼喜來登600多的酒店這麼差？？真是令人費解這家酒店是怎麼能開業的？？？？ ③然後，晚上特別吵，酒店挨着主幹道，靠馬路一邊經常三點還有很吵的摩託車在路上行駛，非常難入眠，酒店提供了耳塞的，但是塞久了耳道很痛呀。 ④最後一點也是最差的一點酒店附近有回族教堂🥲🥲🥲 回族習俗是每天凌晨四點禱告唸經，而且還用擴音器（誦經的聲音真的很像哭喪，很抱歉這樣形容，如有冒犯），以下圖片已經解釋了這一習俗，四晚每晚都準時凌晨四點誦經聲音特別大附件有個視頻，自己感受一下在此奉勸大家在雅加達選酒店一定要避開這一家，也要避開附近有教堂的酒店。

位置蠻好的在印尼大型商場隔壁去買東西很方便交通吧也還行服務也不錯但是他們現在在裝修應該11月能裝好早餐吧説實話不是很多選擇不知道是誰説很多選擇的我就嘗試住兩晚如果就性價比來説可能就位置好點

First time in Jakarta, the hotel is clean and service was good, sadly during my stays the hotel is under major refurbishing, so things is kinda everywhere. However all their staff are super friendly, down to house keeping. Soft and fluffy pillow is a win! Plus I have a nice city view room…

看到喜來登以為很好，但是房間確實不怎麼樣，很小，也很簡陋，連國內的如家都不如，關鍵價格還很貴。不推薦。

The hotel was undergoing renovations. Had I known this earlier, I may have considered another hotel. Facilities like the gym and the lobby were severely disrupted due to the noise. Most of the ground floor was cordoned off. I would encourage the hotel to notify agents like 永安 that the hotel is undergoing renovations so travellers are able to factor this in when making their booking.

Stay one night at King Room on Friday, even asked for quite room still you can hear the live band from other building. Sat we upgraded to Suite room, this room is a nightmare. Strongly Not Recommended for Weekend Stays at Suite Room If you plan to stay at the Suite Room over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday), please be aware of the following: The Suite Room faces the city and the main road. From around 10:00 pm until 3:00 am, there are frequent motorcycle gatherings and speeding along the road. The noise is extremely loud and persistent, making it almost impossible to sleep. On Sundays, from 6:00 am to 10:00 am, the road in front of the Suite Room is closed for events such as marching and music performances. This means you won’t be able to sleep as well. Unless you don’t mind trying to rest in the bathtub for slightly less noise, weekend stays here can be very uncomfortable and frustrating.

세계적으로 유명한 브랜드 호텔이지만 제가 시기를 잘못 잡은거 같습니다. 리모델링 시기와 곂치는 바람에 소음도 좀 있었으며, 저의 방 도어락 베터리 방전으로 교체되기까지의 기다림. 그리고 흡연룸 예약으로 방을 배정받았는데 2일 뒤 흡연 객실이 아니라는 통보와 흡연 객실로의 방 교체. 베트남 다낭의 포포인츠와 비교가 되었습니다. 직원들은 모두 친절했지만 몸으로 겪는 불편함이 조금 있었습니다.

Despite its cleanliness, location and amenities, this hotel is well located in central Jakarta opposite Thamrin bus station but not near metro station. As it’s situated by the main road, the traffic noises are very loud throughout the day and night. Apparently the sound proofing of the hotel is inefficient and the walls are thin as well so can hear neighbouring rooms guests noises especially banging doors when going in and out ! Worst WiFi connection for hotel of this grade, it’s extremely unstable! Also the lighting in the bathroom is poor for women doing make up but its shower is very strong, hot and powerful. My friend tried its in-house massage and was totally disappointed since the massage therapist is unprofessional and knows nothing about massage! The only positive thing is that all their staff are very friendly, warm and helpful and they will try to help as much as possible.

Breakfast was decent, with a variety of local and international dishes, though the selection could be a bit more varied for longer stays. I also appreciated the fast and reliable Wi-Fi, which made working remotely easy. Overall, Four Points Jakarta Thamrin offers good value for money, especially if you're looking for a centrally located, no-fuss hotel with dependable service. I’d recommend it for business travelers or short stays in the city.

Hotel currently under renovation so can be noisy and dusty. Building seems retrofitted so looks a little old. Faces busy main road so can get quite noisy even with ear plugs provided by hotel. Breakfast selection is limited. Overall, service above average but infrastructure below.
