This was the worst experience. The apartment was provided by Travelio. I contacted them 12 hours about my check in but zero replies. Reach the place, and tried to reach them without avail. Only after 永安 help to contact them did I manage to get hold of them. The whole check-in process took close to two hours because I had to later download the app, which is not friendly to non-indonesians, then wait for the room boy to come deliver the keys. Worst part.. the wifi in the room didn't even work. Really the worst experience I ever had.
